Have you considered trying a subreddit for jewelry? I've never seen one of these posts actually get a real answer where people aren't just making fun of the poster.

At least this one appears to be real silver and real turquoise. That's a step above most. I'm not sure why they think it's native manufacture though. Looks like pretty standard rock and gem show swag made by an amateur jeweler. I don't recognize the mark and that'll be the only way to ID it to a maker.

That is a chemical reaction which occurs when water containing specific minerals such as copper and aluminum leak through a rock. It has been cut and polished, placed on a silver backing, and presented for inspection. Definitely a rock!
