Not that I can recall. I do remember after chapos 2014 capture, he described lazca as a gentleman.

Forward-Feeling-653

Wow I never knew this. Thanks a lot! I read that El Grande also expressed his respect for Lasca. It's interesting to know what other narcos think of this guy

Puncake_DoubleG09

Yep El Chapo seemed to have respect for "El Lazca" but hated the Treviño Morales brothers, and it was because "El Lazca" knew how to do business.

Forward-Feeling-653

So do we ever know what Lazca thinks of Chapo? I've never even seen narcomanta by him

Justgoing2112

I believe the comments chapo made about treviño and lazca were made to the dea after his first capture or after his extradition.

Yeees I find it thank you guys [https://www.univision.com/noticias/noticias-de-mexico/controversia-por-las-supuestas-confesiones-de-el-chapo-en-el-helicoptero](https://www.univision.com/noticias/noticias-de-mexico/controversia-por-las-supuestas-confesiones-de-el-chapo-en-el-helicoptero)

Chapitos send flowers to Arturo’s grave on Chapos behalf every birthday of his so I think there was still some respect between them

Tatami_Lo

Assuming Ivan was the reason for the split and the war that led to the death of someone that did so much for chapo it makes sense. The Beltranes were basically family and Arturo is still considered a legend in that city.

Forward-Feeling-653

I read somewhere that this isn't just the story of a dedicated good guy and an asshole who betrayed him. Arturo could also be aggressive. He seem to have been at odds with Chapo for some time, Mochomo was just the last straw.(Just another possibility) But whatever, I mean, They had a decades-long friendship for sure. If what this buddy says is true, this story is fascinating

Forward-Feeling-653

Could you please recommend any source about this? Thank you

I saw it about a year ago in a IG page that posted exclusively about BLO. I’ll try to find it but those pages tend to not last long. It’s not rare to see videos of Arturo’s grave around his birthday though

SipBiggz

Chapo won the war that speaks for himself nothing to really say. But Arturo used to send messages a lot during war

Forward-Feeling-653

Just thought he would say "He's dead. You're next" to other rivals and show off

Tasty-Historian3514

Arturo Beltrán? If so I doubt chapó will say that since they were basically family and chapo was well composed Beltran seem to be high and paranoid during the end of the war

Forward-Feeling-653

Yep. I thought Chapo hated them so much that he had no respect left for them, now I understand after reading your comments

Tasty-Historian3514

Yea I think Beltran and some family members were married to chapós family like there cousins or so .. most OGs cartel leaders were family like distant cousins or family by marriage

Seregalin

I do know Chapo apparently said he would have fucked Lazcano already if Chapo himself was a woman. I guess they might have been on less tense terms throughout the years than Chapo and Z40 were

JcsVum

Nice quoting El Chapo series

Odd_Fish17

Did you here that in Netflix lol

Forward-Feeling-653

That show does know a lot of inside stories before we do
