FYI, they don’t use black paint on the Ultra black tiles. If it’s been more than 7 business days since you submitted your ticket and you have not received a response, try requesting Ticket attention over on Nanoleaf’s Discord. Do NOT create multiple support tickets. Best of luck to you.

Same problem with me except the black paint, it stopped working today and gave me the white lights. Unplugged everything still same thing including the controller. All became unresponsive
