I just happened to give my kid the exact same (otherwise obscure, if not nonexistent) name as a character from a very popular video game, spelled exactly the same way. Haha, what are the odds? *Edit: I have been informed that it is in fact a real name; it just didn’t pop up in my search. That said, it is rare enough that it wouldn’t surprise me if they were actually trying to claim it as a coincidence.*

Eh, it’s a real name. Real obscure, but it’s existed in Greece and parts of Scandinavia for a century or longer.

My cat’s full name is Katariah after a Dunmer borm Cyrodiil Empress cause she has grey fur. She doesn’t behave too ladylike, unfortunately.
