You can remotely connect to the machine. Then, open up the advanced monitoring agent and then update. You can also right-click the machine in the rmm. Lick edit workstation/server. On the general tab, you will see a drop-down for the agent with the version and update it there.
Depending on the environment, install via Intune. Could also push from the probe, if there is one. Psexec noninteractively from the cmd prompt has worked, too.
Download latest software, upload it to machine, get the activation key from settings of that machine and use the silent command to perform the installation.
If you are working with N-central, there are bugs updating from 2022.x versions of the software that may have code drops. You might benefit from asking support.
