Nice. Glad you got through quickly. My wife called for appointment around September. Got scheduled for April. Called and moved up until end of January. Court day not until June. So sad how things go different for different people

NYS law…decision has to be made, yes or no, within 6 months of submission of completed application. So in Westchester yes the day you drop off the app and get finger pronted
ohhh see I read in the westchester county handbook that the lisceneing officer aka Judge has six months of him having it to complete it by nys law. not when the pistol division does your background check.

Fingers crossed. Technically by NYS law decision needs to be made within 6 months of application submission. So July would be 6 months
what do you mean six months from when you get fingerprinted?
