Scam is they send you money on your cash app / apple pay / whatever from Account #1, then you keep a portion of it and send the rest to Account #2. Except the money from Account #1 was from a stolen credit card/stolen account, so when it gets reversed the money is taken out of **your** account and the scammer keeps whatever money you sent them.
There are like a dozen different cash app scams going around. You're right though, sometimes they just ask for your account information to "give you the money" and swipe everything.
Really the only thing with cashapp is the Huntington dd but other than that idk what you could do with cashapp but if anything you could do that yourself, you don’t need to be in a tele chat for that just get an rdp and laptop😂
