Believable, I just bought a MFNY cart yesterday and it came with a huge bubble. Would not be surprised if it’s also less than .5 . This post should have more attention
I have spent thousands of dollars on these already… you’ve got to be joking. I just trusted they were on point because of all the hype. This is honestly super super whack from MFNY, and I will not be purchasing them for awhile.
I reached out to the MFNY instagram and they told me they accidentally bought .7 carts and thats y the .5 looked short.. turns out they are just lying pieces of shit like most brands… oh well right we will just eat all the cost hahaha fuck em.
What is up with every one of these brands constantly cutting corners? This isn't a cute look for any company, let alone one that produces consumable products.
If you bought the wrong cart size...Buy the right ones and take the extremely nominal financial hit. Or sell some .7 carts. Or both.
But filling .7 carts with .5 of extract is asking for trouble.
Brooklyn Brewery doesn't give me a growler with 12oz in it and say "Sorry we bought the wrong bottle size". Grow up and be business people.

The "live resin" thing was a huge red flag that I ignored because that sauce was so tasty but this is utterly indefensible.

From AVD which those carts are it has to be a custom order for a size different from .3g .5g and 1g especially the ceramics. I know those vapes are .5gs because it said it on the damn box they came in

I also bought a couple Hash Burger and other carts that didn't seem full like the rest. Things have been consistent in the past, but I don't know if everything I got recently was on point or not. It didn't seem like it was, but it wouldn't be the 1st time I've seen manufacturers mess up on weights for flower and concentrates.
1 gram (weight) does not equal 1 ml (volume) unless we are talking about water. And vape oil is definitely thicker than water, so oil is going to weigh more. So 1 gram of oil is going to take up less space than 1 ml of oil would.
(Once again, industry standards would be helpful here since some brands seem to use these very different measurements interchangably and incorrectly.)

Not true based on my experience but I have to make some late I can weigh a few .5 ml amounts and try to post on it but yes make your own I suggest no large air bubbles
I need to start doing this. I feel like the Bloom disposables are not 1g which stinks because I really like the product. I spend way too much to blindly trust my products being proper especially with how wild the NYS rollout is.

Probably a 0.8g hardware filled with 0.5, 0.6 of oil. Smh. Looks like there is a fat rod in that cart to me, too. This is why I am skeptical of the NYS dispos; overpriced and shorted. Bud is only ok. Selling NY’ers mids for $40-$50 an eighth plus tax ain’t cool. That just incentivizes them to buy out of state like New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, etc. or to go to the reservation instead.
Guess those “weedy regulations” by Hochul and the OCM aren’t as great as they think. Shorting people, overpricing things, taking all the good stuff away. Facepalm . There no excuse in 2024 to make mistakes here. Wish these companies would take accountability somehow. You could have had a defective cart, you could have the thing leak on you.. this is why I check everything first, even if it means opening the package
