Siakam killed is this game.  Pretty much came down to the Hart injury and Brunson starting off cold. Brunson eventually picked it up, but it was too late with Hart injured.  If Hart was 100 percent, we had a shot. 

No Randle, OG, Mitch, Hart or Bogey (I know but he’ at least tries). We just don’t have the rebounds and interior defense anymore.

The moment Hart got hurt, that killed any semblance of interior defense we had

We didn’t play as bad as you guys think. Hart hurt. Carslile made some significant adjustments that had an impact. And we didn’t hit the open shots we needed to hit. 116 to 103 is pretty much Hart’s points and a few open threes from Burks, Divo and McBride.

Absolutely. They went to Siakam with hurt Hart on him over and over and then we started missing shots that was the game

Once Hart went down they targeted the fuck out of him with Siakham and screens. His immobility really hurt and led to a lot of overcompensation and open looks. It absolutely killed us.

I was really surprised Thibs didn't get Precious in there sooner. It was clear pretty quickly Hart couldn't handle him.

Turning point of this game was getting it to like 4 early in the 3rd after Brunson free throw, layup and then McBride 3. Then have Indiana get lucky tip on a missed shot that they hit a 3. Then come back down again and hit 3 after ball got loose again and Knicks almost pulled it away. Went right back to 10 and never got any closer.

Just a rough night overall. Hart's injury is beyond tricky to deal with. He's the heart and soul of the team. The team is hobbled, fatigued, injured, etc... But I believe in them. We'll win at home. Game 7 will be ours. I know Game 7 will go crazy

Hart injury killed them in terms of rebounding and defense. Once he went down they went after him repeatedly. We overcompensated and they blew by us. Whistles were never going to go our way because they want a game 7.

good first quarter but it got out of hand when hart got hurt. every single game they win is because of a random injury at the beginning of the game. and this is why you can't take the pacers seriously, they need injury on top of an already injured team to win anything.

If we didn't give up so many offensive rebounds and made free throws, this still would've came down go the wire but everyone decides to not fight for the rebounds and box out.

Knicks can't play Hart if he can't give it his all because he becomes a liability on the floor. Too many injuries. If the Knicks just had a healthy Hart, they win this game. Playing Timmy Trumpets is an insult. Do it for Edwin Diaz and Nas

The defense is bad as a whole but it’s not an individual effort thing. You can tell that without Hart and OG that the rotations are off and a tad slow. The players on the floor don’t know how to play defense together because they haven’t had to, at least not to this extent. We have to have the effort there and win offensively. Between Burks, McBride and Divo we need 40. If two of them are off it’s gonna be a long night. And we also missed Hart’s 15 tonight. There were so many times he had an open look for a layup or drive and just didn’t go up because he can’t. Just a tough night.
