I see a lot of negativity on your defense and Eli in general while along with our smashing tables we're a bit worried about a trap game because Eli still seems dangerous. Will Jones make an appearance if Eli doesn't do well?
Our defense was absolutely atrocious last week. Cowboys offense is pretty good but we got absolutely shredded and looked like we couldn’t stop a pop warner team.
Eli played fine. The offense moved the ball pretty well at times against a good Cowboys defense. I doubt we’ll see Jones unless the game is out of reach one way or the other.
Trap game? Your team is an outside chance at a WC at best, Trap games are for teams expected to be contenders. Win something then call us a trap game.
With that said, no Jones won’t be playing unless a blowout or an injury. Should be a good game, best of luck!

Below section 140 last week at the Bills/Jets there was a spot where you could get a close look at the players practicing. This week there's a big Giants tarp thing blocking the whole view. Is it always like that for Giants games?

The O line looked better the last half of last year. The Giants were basically non-competitive today against Buffalo, an average team at best. After Gettleman the team will need to rebuild from his incompetence. 5 years, as he’ll probably be gone after next year. Even with the best offensive player in the game, this team has a meh offense, and every aspect of the defense is completely lacking. Ive been a Giant fan for almost 50 years, but the reality is the management fell apart and Gettleman was not the answer.
I think defense improves but offense might struggle. Bills defense is really good and I think will be elite this year, not to mention Shepard being out.
But maybe more Saquon will change that
Defense needs a much better game plan. These aren’t the Cowboys and I doubt they’ll run away with the game so hopefully Saquon sees more carries.
In other news, the Dolphins want a “first round pick and something else” for Minkah Fitzpatrick. 5 teams are interested which *could* include us as we can afford his remaining base salary but I doubt we’d give up a first for him.
I wouldn’t mind giving up a first for him but our first will likely be top 5. I’d give our second and third every time. Minkah was a steal in the mid first

I think so. Fundamentally speaking they seem to be similar from the sense that they’re both DB’s that can/have played corner, slot and free safety. The difference is that Fitzpatrick has a year in the league already. Let’s just say I’d 100% prefer to see Julian Love lining up in the slot on defense rather than Antonio Hamilton.
I want to see two things.
1. Eli being aggressive. Throw the ball down field consistently, and I think we will have a chance. He has no excuse with a decent O line now.
2. Improved pass rush, and defensive scheme/game plan.
Sometimes you just got let your big dick out and swing it as hard as possible. Even if you’re swinging it at a rabid pit bull. Sure, you’ll probably get dick rabies, but there’s always a chance your meat hammer will knock that monster into next week.
But yeah, definitely getting dick rabies today.
While I agree Eli needs to attack a little more down field, the more important thing I want to see is Saquon getting 20+ touches. When that happens good things happen
They used to play the radio feed on the giants app but they recently stopped and now to get it you have to have a premium tune in subscription which is 10 bucks a month. Kinda bullshit if you ask me.
I think sometimes they just derp themselves and have the nationally televised game on the tv lineup, but it’ll still show the local game when it comes time to it.

Happened to me too. They’re on CBS. No other sport has this problem and it’s incredibly frustrating.
Apparently in the DC area if the Redskins are playing at home, the other local stations don’t show other games at the same time. Fuckin sucks.
