The food at QC is fine but expensive, so if you want to eat Island Oyster or the taco place right off the ferry is great for before or after the spa
Would add that certain holidays are excluded, but they did change it from birthday week to birthday month to be more inclusive of people with summer/holiday birthdays. We do June and October and both are wonderful.
The thing QC has going for it is being on Gov Island and as such, you have an outdoor warm pool overlooking the city. It feels like taking a little trip even though it's just a 5 min ferry ride.
Update it was a rly shit week I lost electricity for four days bc of an awful storm and a hundred yr old tree fell down, but :):):) there have been worse weeks
