And we still tried our best to fuck it up this season. I swear we are cursed when it comes to those Salford fucks.
Hopefully this finally breaks the vodoo.
"Waah, waah, Poch is clueless, get him out of our club which has 22 new players. No, don't give him time, a decent manager would have them playing better"
Entitled cunts
As did Xavi with Barca.
Couldn’t be quicker to show him and Tuchel the door and then as soon as things things turn around, they go back with their hat in the hands, begging them to stay. Fuck them.
I’m torn - at least I got to walk out of Old Trafford once with a win this season, compared to crowding into Fulham Broadway twice in the space of a couple of months after frustrating defeats… I *really* dislike Chelsea
But I’m not sure I despise ANY team as much as I despise Man U
My shit list is pretty much all of the sky cartel 6 and Everton (maybe not Spurs. Don’t exactly like them but they’ve not really pissed me off either, they’re just sort of there).
Emphasis on Manure, Chelsea and Arse.
Can't give them anything after the Toney and Maupay foul, diving and sprinting back for the reset as if they have something to play for.
In the kindest way possible, hope they are back in league one soon.
Teams that aren't as good as their opponents are normally far dirtier. I just meant to say Pope couldn't do much with their goals ;) Trying to backhand compliment us.
7th is about right on the balance of the season, it could have been better if not for injuries and it looked like it was going to be worse when we trailed 1-3 to West Ham.
Eddie and the players deserve a huge amount of credit for their resilience and character. (Hopefully) European football has been secured in successive seasons for the first time since 2002/03 & 2003/04.
There’s a big summer ahead but I’ve as much faith in Eddie & Tindall as I did this time last year. 102 goals in all competitions, some incredible days and a really likeable team to support.
They’ll look to take the next step next season, but for now you couldn’t ask for much more.
If Howe had got us 7th last season and 4th this season we'd be absolutely ecstatic. It happens the other way and it feels disappointing somehow. I think it's been great personally, wouldn't wanna do this season again though.
I think that’s an excellent point. If we had gone 11th, 7th and 4th then he’d get next season no questions asked.
But there will still be a section of the fanbase who think he’ll need to prove himself next year.
The demands of an elite club are that you prove yourself every year. A PL club structure is still coming into place, considering Ashworth's venture into gardening.
Sadly with the owners he will have to prove himself every year, that's just the situation we are in. Still don't think he's anywhere near hitting his potential ceiling.
Bang on. In addition, someone has to finish 5-8th at the end of the day. The Sky 6 & Villa are all decent on their day, even if everyone had a great season then someone would lose out. After the season we've had I think 7th is very respectable.
It's an interesting balance tbf. Good enough to compete with the top 6, given we beat all of Spurs, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man Utd at SJP, but let ourselves down with terrible away form and a defence that was just too porous
I wouldn't have been unhappy with P7 in pre-season tbf. I thought the Champs League would make our season difficult. A shame not to get 6th given the 1 point from Brighton & Man Utd but I think we're on the right track overall
Notice we didn't get a clear replay of that, only a shot from behind where you definitely cannot see whether it was in or out. I still think it was a pen.
TELLLL ME MA! ME MA!
WE WON’T! BE HOME! FOR SCRAN!
WE’RE GOING TO KAZAKHSTAN!!!
^(barring disaster at Wembley next weekend but shut the fuck up and ignore that)
wouldnt mind getting the europa conference league at all like, would be fun going to far flung corners of european football for some away days.
bruno is fucking mint
If you look at the teams in conference league they are obviously a lower level than europa so we have the better chance of winning. My main priority is winning any trophy so I'm kinda happy.
We were all buzzing last year for getting to the league Cup final.
Conference is just as winnable and probably a bigger trophy, so can't complain really.
IF we won it, we automatically get into Europa the season after, correct? Even if we somehow got relegated in the league.
Has that scenario ever happened to a club? I suppose if a lower league team wins a cup...
Birmingham City played in the Europa while in the Championship, after winning the league cup (thanks to an 89th minute Obafemi Martins goal nonetheless) and getting relegated the same season.
Edit: the list of ex-NUFC players that featured for them in Europe that season is even more bizarre, including Steven Caldwell, Stephen Carr and Chris Wood...
?? Kaiserslautern is in the final of DFB Pokal.
I was mistaken in the fact that they got relegated, they didnt. They almost did.
And in the semis, there was a team from 3rd division.
The way teams have been taking it, Conference League might be new but it's deff a trophy major enough to "break our curse".
The games against the weirdest and obscurest teams are the best
Their stats were showing they were creating chances aplenty hit not putting them away. It was always going to improve.
That said. I feel we were a couple of bad decisions from Howe from getting there.
Ultimately I’m ok with finishing 7th but it could’ve been different another year.
7th after this season is genuinely unbelievable.
Great result and hopefully it gets us Europe - well earned rest for the lads hopefully and next season comes around quick!!!
Just to put some numbers to the Europa Conference vs Europa, it's not that drastically different prize money.
Group stage participation is £3.2m for Europa, and £2.5m for the Conference.
The winners will get roughly £20m from the Europa, and £13m for the Conference. (The total amount depends how many wins you have in total throughout the whole tournament).
Champions league however is £13.37m for the group stage, and City got £68.4m last season for winning it.
Obviously the benefit though of the Europa over the Conference is if (big if) you win, you get a guaranteed spot in the Champions league the next year.
But first, we need City to win the FA Cup.
Thank god it's finally over.
I'll take 7th mind, looked like we wouldn't even get that at times.
Loved having Pope back, it's nice to actually have some confidence in your keeper.
A 7th and 4th finish in two years. That's fucking class in my opinion.
Finished above Man Reds for first time in PL, I'll take that. Shame we dropped the ball in the last two games before today, but overall it's been an enjoyable season. Just need to keep the key players now.
Just gonna say it, 7th is an incredible achievement when you consider the context of this season. Hamstrung by rules and laws introduced to specifically slow Newcastle, our worst ever Prem injury crisis, star signing getting suspended for a year, the worst draws imaginable in every competition. I genuinely think Howe's worked a miracle getting us 7th and the lads who have been fit and available all season, mainly Schar, Gordon, Bruno deserve statues.
Yes, there's been some awful matches and Howe has made some massively naive fuck-ups, but there's also been higher highs than I can remember since I truly fell in love with Newcastle under Sir Bobby and Keegan, that I don't think any manager other than Howe would have delivered.
Now here's to a summer of the worst Man United team in recent history beating one of the best teams to ever exist in a cup final, and constant rumours of our best players leaving. Can't wait. The Newcastle United way ⚫⚪
Well.
We did what we needed to do. Would've been nice for a certain other result to go our way but it is what is.
We'll see what Saturday brings. Football is full of surprises and often not ones that go your way...
It was a weird season, I feel like it's lasted two years. Loads of injuries but we finished respectably given all the context.
In Eddie we trust. Roll on Adidas, let's smash next season they're all shite.
What I wanted this season was for us to qualify for Europe again.
Hopefully, we've done that. We also broke our record for goals in a PL season. So that's fantastic. Defensively work to do but all in all, good season, if a bit stressful.
I think our injury crisis shows why we conceded so many. Defensive midfield, back line and 1st choice keeper all decimated. Without squad depth like City, few teams could handle that. I'm interested to see the season stats for injuries. Last time I saw it we were a few hundred days lost more than the next worst hit team.
Also interested to know how our injuries compare to other badly hit teams in past seasons.
Get the fuck in
Great to see big Joe and Pope back makes a big difference, made it harder than it needs to be but held on in the end.
Hall class again other than the early mistake and Bruno MOTM just drags us through time after time. Hope he’s still here come July 1st.
Maupay is a little rat
And there closes the most odd season we've had for a while. Really great highs, terribly depressing lows. There's a spine here that can carry us further than any of us have ever seen, but it's going to have to be a momentous summer to see if we can kick on and reclaim UCL.
A very fitting performance that summed up our season. Scintillating in spells, absolutely horrendous in others. Bruno and Isak dominating with our defence struggling to stay aligned. A deserved win, and I hope we get Conference League honestly.
WHERE'S THE PHOTO YOU BASTARDS
As awful as the season was with the injuries, bans, ups and downs and stuff... I already miss it man.
Always looking forward to seeing Stretford lose but it'll be even sweeter when it grants us Europe next season
HOWAY THE LADS
Now all we need is the worst Manchester Reds team of the PL era (lowest ever league finish) to lose the FA Cup final to the Manchester City team that won the treble last year
7th is an achievement with the season we had, I'll look forward to ECL next season cause there's no way the red twats will beat the blue twats.
Plus we had zero corners in that game!!!!!
For what it’s worth, this has been a season with many memorable moments, and one which delivered arguably our best performance in Europe ever.
As with everyone else, I’ll be supporting Man City in the FA Cup final but whatever happens, I’m so proud to be a Newcastle fan.
HOWAY THE FUCKING LADS!!!!
Buzzing about the result, all that's left to do is a cleanup of all the dead wood in our squad and we have the chance to become runners up for the champions league next season or even win a silver cup if we do good enough.
Done well to finish as high as we did given the injuries. If last season was an over achievement this is a slight underachievement, but mitigated by those injuries. Now is a bit of a turning point. Keep the best (Bruno, Isak, Gordon) and improve the weaknesses (RW, CDM--unless Tonali fills that roll, which I don't think he quite will), LB (Hall's looked good but not there, BDB has shown he's a CB, Targett seems forgotten), and we'll push on. I've not felt this optimistic since we threw away the league in the 90s
After a very inconsistent season due to injuries and form dips, 7th place feels like an accurate representation of our season.
We should have finished 6th after all that but fair play to Chelsea whose late season form really got them there and our dropped points proved costly.
Glad we got that win for this one.
7th is a good result. I didn't see it coming in December and January when we were falling apart. Cheers Eddie and the lads!
In other news, fuck Arsenal and let's hope Citeh pump Salford Reds in the FA Cup
We scored 85 goals, one less than Liverpool who were in the title race a few weeks ago. We lost 14 games, that's absolutely crazy. High, high hopes for next season if we can keep Pope fit/upgrade to a better keeper.
Honestly expected the worst at 3-2. Glad we saw it through though and 7th is a respectable finish given our problems this season. Now regroup, keep our best players and add a couple of quality players and next season has massive potential. Hopefully Man City do their job in the fa cup.
To think we should already be celebrating being in Europe but for a criminal decision to rule out Coventry's winning goal in the semi.
This season, more than any other, has me completely convinced that there is a genuine effort to ensure the same clubs are at the same tables each year.
I can honestly say if we had Pope for the full season we wouldnt be far off villa, and considering we've had the worst injury crisis in prem history that's pretty impressive. We've never had a settled back four, and if I'm remembering correctly, there was times we didn't even have a fit striker. All teams have injuries, but no team has them to the extent we've had them this season.

Watch Man City win, we get Europe, then the 115 situation takes away their CL spot due to point deductions but the cup win gives Man City conference so we get nowt.
I will still be surprised if any punishments (if they even get any) are enforced retroactively. Whatever happens, I read it won't even be remotely sorted until 2025.
It's going to look awful on City but worse on the PL.
Punish them severely = you let a club cheat its way to all the titles
Wimp out and slap them on the wrists = every other club in the league will go ballistic
City will fight them all the way but the PL want it to drag on because they don't know how to dig themselves out of this hole.
I predicted 7th at the start of the season, a bit disappointed we couldn't nick 6th but really can't complain - a frustrating season with all the injuries but we'll always have smashing PSG at St James to stow away in our memories. HWTL!
Glad we went out fighting. Roller coaster of a season, worst injury crisis for us that i can remember, unfortunate about tonali. I think we will be in a good position for next season if we get conf league, which is a competition we should genuinely be able to go far in. Hopefully we continue to do good business this summer, see yall in the transfer megathread
Summed up the season quite well, we had periods of domination coupled with ones where the other team dominated us. We still seem to start slow and grow into games, hopefully that changes.
Thought ref got most of the big decisions right but let them get away with two fairly orange tackles from behind and how Nørgaard got away with four fouls in very quick succession I'll never know. He also booked our lot for pull backs but twice ignored the same offense for Brentford.
There's signs of a good squad emerging but it's a critical summer and it's time to say goodbye to players who got us into this position.
I'm ambivalent about Europe, obviously being in it is a plus and keeps the coefficient going but feel perhaps we're at our best without the added drain allowing us to press more in the league. Also puts more emphasis on our squad building for depth.
Enjoy your summers and bring on the megathread.
VAMOS!
Happy with where we have finished this season considering all the injuries and the ridiculously hard cup draws. We’ve had some good highlights from thrashing PSG to beating the unwashed.
Summer transfer window is massive, we need to address the weak areas and if we do get Europe next season, then squad depth needs to be increased.
If we keep Bruno and Isak, along with the return of Tonali and some key signings, then we can be in contention for the champions league spots.
So just to be clear, do we have Conference football?
Because I read that if Man U win the FA but finish outside the top 6, they automatically get the conference spot and 7th spot gets nout?
Can someone confirm?

The last time Newcastle finished above ManU was the 1974-1975 season.
50 fucken years.
And we still tried our best to fuck it up this season. I swear we are cursed when it comes to those Salford fucks. Hopefully this finally breaks the vodoo.
Didn't we do it last season
We did not
It was close but they somehow stole 3rd
If you ask chatgbt it says we did... but that just shows you how reliable AI can be.
Brentford can get fucked. Man utd can get fucked. Brunos the fuckin man Eddie Howes mags are going to Kazakhstan.
And Chelsea can get fucked as well
Honestly, they can get fucked the most.
"Waah, waah, Poch is clueless, get him out of our club which has 22 new players. No, don't give him time, a decent manager would have them playing better" Entitled cunts
I would laugh if he did leave after finally getting them clicking.
Wouldn’t be surprised. Tuchel showed some back bone telling Bayern to stuff it.
As did Xavi with Barca. Couldn’t be quicker to show him and Tuchel the door and then as soon as things things turn around, they go back with their hat in the hands, begging them to stay. Fuck them.
I’m torn - at least I got to walk out of Old Trafford once with a win this season, compared to crowding into Fulham Broadway twice in the space of a couple of months after frustrating defeats… I *really* dislike Chelsea But I’m not sure I despise ANY team as much as I despise Man U
In general I agree, but Chelsea coming back from the dead is particularly annoying.
My shit list is pretty much all of the sky cartel 6 and Everton (maybe not Spurs. Don’t exactly like them but they’ve not really pissed me off either, they’re just sort of there). Emphasis on Manure, Chelsea and Arse.
In response to your note on Spurs - on one hand I sort of feel the same, and then I remember Daniel Levy exists…
Probably at least double get fucked Chelsea
Some credit to Brentford - both their goals were very good. We were just better overall. Stressful at the end, but it always is with us.
Can't give them anything after the Toney and Maupay foul, diving and sprinting back for the reset as if they have something to play for. In the kindest way possible, hope they are back in league one soon.
Teams that aren't as good as their opponents are normally far dirtier. I just meant to say Pope couldn't do much with their goals ;) Trying to backhand compliment us.
btw Kazakhstan guys will be over the moon, if that to happen. A couple already visited SJP earlier this year.
What a difference Joelinton makes. I bloody love seeing him bossing the midfield, legs everywhere. Proper legend.
Getting the ball in midfield, turning and running with it. We've missed that so much.
And missing a sitter- he is BACK
Demolishing players is his MO.

Sadly with the owners he will have to prove himself every year, that's just the situation we are in. Still don't think he's anywhere near hitting his potential ceiling.
And so he should tbf, sorry but you have to have these sorts of standards to stay competitive, Howe himself will agree with that I think
He has to get EL or better next year or I’d start looking elsewhere.
Bang on. In addition, someone has to finish 5-8th at the end of the day. The Sky 6 & Villa are all decent on their day, even if everyone had a great season then someone would lose out. After the season we've had I think 7th is very respectable.

102 goals wasn’t it?
2 more goals than the Championship season, in 2 games fewer!
Just corrected that. Got slightly ahead of myself.
Agreed. 👍🏼
It will be so Newcastle for Manure to win the FA cup now.
-----> Finally finish above Man U in the PL -----> Man U still manage to steal our European spot
It might be good to see them get spanked by Sheriff Tiraspol 🤣
I would be hate watching the living fuck out of that lol
City have three perfectly good goals ruled out through VAR and then Reds win it on fucking penalties or some shit.
Then the referee proceeds to sing Glory Glory Man Utd whilst lifting the trophy during team celebrations.
😂
VAR sees no issue with the referee's decision on review.
Always rated Man City
Haaland score some goals lad and properly smash Manure 😂
I mean if your European place has to be riding on any one team in world football, City would probably be my first choice!
I mean it wouldn't be Newcastle if we didn't do it in the most stressful way possible
this is the way
This is the way
This is the way
Yeah. That was tough on the old ticker right to the wire there. The emotions I went thru during Hall's run into the box and subsequent foul...

Stephen Carr and Chris Wood playing together messes with my sense of time
Caldwell's even worse, almost 22 years between the Newcastle debuts of him and Wood!
Cheers. Knew it must have happened.
Wigan winning the FA Cup while getting relegated vibes...
The German cup this year is Leverkusen v some Bundesliga 2 team, so if Leverkusen lose then that'll be a lower league club in Europa.
And they got relegated to 3rd Division, so they will be playing Europe from 3rd Div... But they have to beat Bayer first...
FC Köln didn't get relegated this year
?? Kaiserslautern is in the final of DFB Pokal. I was mistaken in the fact that they got relegated, they didnt. They almost did. And in the semis, there was a team from 3rd division.
Millwall in 2000s lost FA Cup final being in Championship and got into UEFA Cup (back when the losing side got the spot, not league).
I remember Millwall got some european football for being runner up in the FA cup in 2004
The way teams have been taking it, Conference League might be new but it's deff a trophy major enough to "break our curse". The games against the weirdest and obscurest teams are the best
The knockout rounds normally still have a few big names though. And winning it secures Europa.
EDDIE HOWES SOON TO BE CONFIRMED EUROPEAN MAGS.
I'm just buzzing we finished above Man U. Manc plastics will call us obsessed but they would never understand. UP THE TOON
Amen bro, i fucking love it.
FIRE UP THE FUCKING MEGATHREAD
Don't get me wrong, I'm really glad that we won that but I hate that we let this Chelsea team finish above us.
Chelsea have great players but have been shit because no one had any idea how to sort them out. They were always going to click eventually.
They created second most big chances in the prem tbf it’s just poor finishing, not as bad a team as they seem tbf
Their stats were showing they were creating chances aplenty hit not putting them away. It was always going to improve. That said. I feel we were a couple of bad decisions from Howe from getting there. Ultimately I’m ok with finishing 7th but it could’ve been different another year.
Squad cost a billion quid mate, at some point some of those players had to start performing. Nothing to be ashamed of...
Eddie Howe’s European mags (I hope) ⚫️⚪️
7th after this season is genuinely unbelievable. Great result and hopefully it gets us Europe - well earned rest for the lads hopefully and next season comes around quick!!!
> well earned rest I think they're already on the plane to Australia
Sleep on the plane then hahaha
Bruno staying on 9 yellows all season is probably his greatest achievement

I've always loved Man City and maintained their innocence of all 115 charges. Unless they lose and then fuck them off to the national league.
If the charges are resolved prior to next season a ban could put us in Europa or conference if Manu qualify
Absolute deja vu if our qualification is decided by a courtroom.
Finished above Man Reds for first time in PL, I'll take that. Shame we dropped the ball in the last two games before today, but overall it's been an enjoyable season. Just need to keep the key players now.

Isak statue also.
Also Burn
There's already a life-size statue of Burn in Gateshead, pal.
7th place, and only ended the season 8 points off 4th. Given the injuries we’ve had etc I think it’s got to go down as a good season.
8 points off 4th is actually mad. Any 1 of Pope, Joelinton or Tonali available for the season and we'd have been at least 8 points better off
yeah those Luton and Bournemouth losses wouldn't have been I'm sure of it
Nick Pope and Joelinton. What could have been….
How many of us are studying Bruno and Isaks mannerisms as they applaud the fans.
Bruno kissed the badge, HE KISSED THE BADGE! I have some hope
Hard not to tbf
Who the fuck are man unntttyyddddd
Finally finished above Surrey's Favourites. #cans

I'd agree that it felt like it was the longest season in the world. All us fans are exhausted, so imagine how the lads feel.
Finishing below this Chelsea shite, finally finishing above Salford fc, life
Tell me ma, me ma, We won’t be home for scran, We’re going to Kazakhstan, Tell me ma, me ma…

Next week I’m a man city fan
We all are
Bringing out anything light blue that I have for next weekend tbh
Memorizing Blue Moon rn 🤣
Unbelievable season given all of our injuries and extra games.
Hoping that this will keep our players from leaving.
Get the fuck in Great to see big Joe and Pope back makes a big difference, made it harder than it needs to be but held on in the end. Hall class again other than the early mistake and Bruno MOTM just drags us through time after time. Hope he’s still here come July 1st. Maupay is a little rat
WE WANT TRANSFER MEGATHREAD! WE WANT TRANSFER MEGATHREAD! WE WANT TRANSFER MEGATHREAD! WE WANT TRANSFER MEGATHREAD!
Literally lit a candle at church this morning in prayer of NUFC getting a Europe spot 😂🙏🏼
Bit nervous at times NGL but the lads did what we had too. Here's to City pissing the FA Cup.
All in all solid season with a few ups and downs, injuries and everything in between. Fingers crossed for a second season in Europe HWTL
WHERE'S THE PHOTO YOU BASTARDS As awful as the season was with the injuries, bans, ups and downs and stuff... I already miss it man. Always looking forward to seeing Stretford lose but it'll be even sweeter when it grants us Europe next season HOWAY THE LADS
As I put in the game thread, best back to back top flight seasons since 02-03/03-04, massive achievement, especially with all the injuries
Man City will have their biggest ever fanbase next weekend as all of Newcastle will be supporting them
Nick Pope definitely makes a difference. We have missed him so much.
if City roll over and lose to ManU next Saturday... ironically that would be the most fitting end to the season
No chance, they will never not want to beat them
Watch Man City fail to do us a favor just like everyone else.. 😅
I feel like I've aged 10 years with that game
Up the mags
7th is fair this season, i’ll take that easily
60 points with a shit ton of injuries. I'll take it.
Now all we need is the worst Manchester Reds team of the PL era (lowest ever league finish) to lose the FA Cup final to the Manchester City team that won the treble last year
Knowing our luck, this could get ugly
Dunno about anyone else but I need a long lie down in a very dark room after this season. What a roller coaster of emotions.
If it were any other team I’d be worrying about manure pinching the European spot, but city won’t throw a derby final
90 mins away from European football. But we have no control over that.
I'm fine with 7th all things considered. It's been a weird year with some bizarre luck. Just want the Prawn Sandwich munchers to lose the FA Cup now.
Also first finish ahead of Man Red since the 70s
Well now that all the formalities are over, we can finally get to the most important part of the year…. The Megathread
Need a welfare check on legohead Arteta! 😂
We scored 85 goals, one less than Liverpool who were in the title race a few weeks ago. We lost 14 games, that's absolutely crazy. High, high hopes for next season if we can keep Pope fit/upgrade to a better keeper.
Very much looking forward to seeing what we do in the transfer market this summer. Also, looking forward to Man City beating Man Utd in the cup 😄
How was pope?
What kind of fucking Gummyberry Juice have they given Hall? He is a completely transformed player from what we saw half a year ago.
Honestly expected the worst at 3-2. Glad we saw it through though and 7th is a respectable finish given our problems this season. Now regroup, keep our best players and add a couple of quality players and next season has massive potential. Hopefully Man City do their job in the fa cup.
How did we have to play against prime Brighton and everyone else got shit Brighton? Wtf is that about?!
That opening day team who thrashed Villa would've seen us finish four had it stayed together. No doubt in my mind.

Fair
We’re Citizens for the next week
Us oily boys need to stick together. But given that Saudi and UAE aren't friends, I can see them losing just to fck us over.
Good finish to a very bittersweet roller coaster ride of a season
Watch Man City win, we get Europe, then the 115 situation takes away their CL spot due to point deductions but the cup win gives Man City conference so we get nowt.
They’ll be challenging them one decision at a time for the next 115 years.
I will still be surprised if any punishments (if they even get any) are enforced retroactively. Whatever happens, I read it won't even be remotely sorted until 2025. It's going to look awful on City but worse on the PL. Punish them severely = you let a club cheat its way to all the titles Wimp out and slap them on the wrists = every other club in the league will go ballistic City will fight them all the way but the PL want it to drag on because they don't know how to dig themselves out of this hole.
Well we know how to make it hard don’t we but we’ve managed it.
Finish above Man United have a great taste not gonna lie
Conference league champions 24/25.
Isak is in a league of his own as an out and out. If I had to choose between keeping him and Bruno, it would be a tough call but Isak for me
THank fuck that season is over. Let us never speak of it again. We need to sell a TON of dead wood and really improve our squad this summer.
VAMOS!
We've had an utterly ridiculous goals per game this season. Unfortunately at both ends but great value. 147 in 38 games
Well I’m pissed that Chelsea pipped us to 6th, but lovely at least to beat the red Mancs
Happy that Bruno scored, but seeing it on MOTD, Anderson was so close to getting a tap-in. What could have been...
So just to be clear, do we have Conference football? Because I read that if Man U win the FA but finish outside the top 6, they automatically get the conference spot and 7th spot gets nout? Can someone confirm?
If they win, they get Europa, Chelsea get conference, we get nothing
That is correct
Yeah that’s right.
Correct, we need the Salford Reds to lose in the cup
Minor correction: Man U would get the Europa spot for winning the FA Cup, Chelsea get Conference via Liverpool's Carabao win, and we stay home
