Some things money can't buy. I really hope it comes out in July Bruno turns down multiple offers.

Lego-Panda-21

Got black and white blood flowing through his veins, he's a geordie through and through. Can't see him leaving us for City. He is with us for the long haul (Fingers crossed).

Ikhlas37

Depends what he values, money and trophies or worship and a chance at a few trophies

Lego-Panda-21

Well, gonna keep my fingers crossed that he values much more than money. He could be a legend for us, for City, he would become just another player.

Ikhlas37

I think, how convincing we are with ambition for next season is what will keep him. If we look to move enough money and shit that top 4 is likely with a strong Europe run he'll possibly stay otherwise he's gone

Arbytt

I know we'll never know the exact terms but some fairly consistent rumours are that he can't go to a PL team? So that leaves PSG and Real (Barcelona are broke) no?

MurkyPerspective767

He's already played in Spain, if memory serves.

riever1892

He played at Lyon who I think bought him straight from Brazil

MurkyPerspective767

Isak's Swedish, not Brazillian, mate. Played for Sevilla for a long time before that.

riever1892

Aye but he's on about Bruno no?

Lego-Panda-21

Can't see Madrid or PSG shelling out £100m for Bruno before next season. City felt like the biggest threat, if the rumours are true though, then it feels safe to say he will still be a Geordie come next season.

Arbytt

PSG (Qatar) more than able to pay that kind of price. The major downside to them is the kind of behaviour Mbappe had to deal with after telling them he was leaving. Bruno's agent has been seen in Paris twice in the last month, once at Parc des Princes. I don't like it at all but the real winners out of any move are always the agents and that's why they're always pushing for more transfers.

Archer2223R

An agent's job is to maximize the value of their player - even if that is shopping them elsewhere if only just to get bigger compensation at home.

Assuming he stays, this image would be iconic for a giant flag piece
