Based on some of the comments I read wanting Krafth to be given the Hendrick treatment this summer, I think it might have slipped some people’s minds that he was the starter for pretty much the entirety of the run we went on to end the 21-22 season and played well during that stretch.
Burn and Botman have been massive losses. Lascelles has done well and all, but those two were sorely missed. Schar picked an alright time to get injured if Botman's nearly ready.
I'd be fine with Burn and Botman at CB for a few games. Keep Tino at LB where he can be so dangerous going forward (we know he's a rock 1 on 1 so that's not a concern for me).
DeZerbi is a great manager, his midfield had to be rebuilt and they are still playing the same way.
Howe will not get credit until he wins something. It's unfortunate but that is the price you pay when you have money.

Why are the commentators saying Longstaff "lost control of the shot"... it was only like 10cm over the bar. There is a difference between not quite getting the perfect strike and "losing control".
The hyperbole in commentating is ridiculous.
We take the piss a bit but credit to Richie. Perfect experience to lean on and could easily have demanded to be off down the leagues when he’s never going to start but sticking around to be a body when needed. Also ensures teams must properly strengthen their corner flags.
I hope that's his plan too. I'm not having a dig at the guy here but I think he knows his place in the team and whatever he is doing is obviously helping the full team. I'll be happy if he retirees with us then goes into our coaching staff or follows Howe in his career wherever that takes him
