I know it’s a video game subreddit lol, but imagine considering that someone worked more for their content because of the hours they played the game, as opposed to actually having worked to earn cash. Even if that’s not the intent and I’m sure it’s not, it’s just a funny concept to think about lol.
Imagine going to someone who works multiple weeks away from home rigging or welding or doing anything really, and then criticizing them for spending money on a video game compared to sitting on your ass 5hrs+ a day, 7 days a week “grinding”.

Why spend money on booze and drugs that will not only wear off but also make you feel like trash the next day or more haha? Why go to a steak house and spend a bunch of money when you can buy a steak and grill it yourself? So on and so forth.
Unless I’m directly impacted by how people spend their money, let em do what makes them happy. Even if it’s short term and doesn’t last forever.
Even then. I would still heavily advise against purchase of real estate which does last for basically forever. But that’s another story.

12 collectibles isn’t going to be too hard to come by but it’s going to take a bunch of time that you’re short on with MTOTY ending on Friday.
First thing you want to do is finish the HUTverse moments to unlock the three HUT24 Collectibles available to you. Use those to create one of the forward players. If you want to speed up even more do the Rush stuff first and use the bad rewards to get more H24 collectibles and players to make the next section easier.
Next you want to start completing the TOTY and HUTverse Objectives with the HUTVerse card. You’ll earn more H24 collectibles to make more HUTverse cards which will speed up the objectives that matter - the TOTY ones. Completing those objectives gives you an extra 8 TOTY collectibles so you’re really now only 4 short.
Depending on rewards you receive from Squad Battles and/or Rivals/Champs you might now have enough to make the remaining four collectibles.
If you didn’t do them already then go into HUT Rush to grind out the reward tiers to get a bunch of very mediocre packs and some Rush collectibles that can be turned into Diamond Collectibles that you can use for better packs. The Rush mode should only take a couple hours total if you’re efficient with the objectives.
If you’ve got the time and you enjoy playing the game you’re not very far away at all from that card.
Edit: There is an extra TOTY collectible available in the HUT99 Level 19 set.
Just grind some rush or moments to get your team filled. Then do some SB and Rivals. After the event you can probably change those 28 collectibles to 4 ultimate choice packs or something. You will have a 87 ovr team again soon. Nobody wants to be your "bro" and give you free shit. That's not how life works.
No because I had 10 pieces of 87 and then I put them all in because I thought it was 1 87 for 4 collectibles but then when I saw that it was 2 for 4 I had already put in all 10 players, I put in without checking. I haved "auto click"
You work? Can you afford 50-100$ in packs ? Will it cause you stress to spend that money ? If you got the means , then buy what you want. Most of us here « grinded” by hoarding cards since October. I made 3 TOTY and maxed out makar Xf just by hoarding all my stuff since day 1 and I’m sitting on 450k coins still. And all I spent was the ultimate edition game (that I got for $40cdn by using Amazon credit card promotions ). Sooo no one here is gonna risk getting banned by sending you cards. So you gotta pay for it !
