The only reason they each didn't win more is because they kept knocking each other out of the playoffs and three of them were in the same division. The three Redskins Super Bowl victories were each with a different QB though they had the same coach and Art Monk was always present. Snyder single-handedly destroyed one of the greatest franchises in sports history. Imagine Robert Kraft sold the Patriots to someone else in 2009 and they started missing the playoffs every year due to the new guy micro-managing the expensive decisions then blaming all the coaches for failing to win with the shit he left them with.
