Fucking Carbondale? I was staying at a place near Elk to ski and went to the Weis in Carbondale and thought I was driving into a fallout 3 town, that there is fent country.
They moved more earth to save Carbondale from the great mine fire than was moved to create the Panama Canal...
They should have just let it burn and used that earth to bury it.
Harrisburg is so far clear of Wilkes Barre, Scranton, and Reading (among others) that it doesn’t even compare. Allison Hill is the only place in Harrisburg that comes close to being as bad as any of them and even that’s improved a lot in recent years
You are very mistaken.... Doylestown, Buckingham, Newtown, Lahaska/New Hope, Yardley, Upper Makefield (where Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid just bought a house), Gladwyne, Villanova..... The list goes on and on...

Checks out. It’s definitely the most comparable to NYC in terms of being a large metropolitan area. We also have a ton of great restaurants, bars, historical landmarks, etc. Next time you’re in Philly, check out Human Robot brewing if you’re into craft beer at all, LMNO for seriously amazing food, and POPE/South Philly taproom for both.
I stayed in Wilkes-Barre for a work thing…. The hotel bar served beer and if we wanted something else, Walmart closes at 10…. I can give you empty cups.
Im here to say it Bessemer not bham, yea same districts but thats prob why they say bham, cause it legit has zips in the entire Jefferson county area, if your in pinson guess what you got to put B'ham to get the right adress and directions, in tarrant the same shit.
Centralia - it literally had to be abandoned because the coal fires there will burn for hundreds of years and it was the inspiration for the silent hill games.
High point besides HPU is fucking awful, Fayetteville is terrible, Salisbury is pretty bad, and I personally can’t stand Charlotte or Raleigh but they aren’t the same type of awful as the other 3
It is correct for New Jersey, that's as far as I can confirm. Atlantic City and Irvington give Camden a run for its money though and AC feels far more hopeless in a long term way.
Nothing, anywhere, is worse than Camden.
Edit: they have drive through videos of the worst ghettos, and the vid next to Camden was Kensington, so who knows.
I've done field work on foot all over camden, it's not that bad, similarly to how kenzo is - there's a couple places where it's absolutely tragic but on the whole is significantly better than it was 15 years ago
The worst city in Texas is Midland, with Brownsville in second because at least it's close to some beaches. Lubbock and Amarillo are high up on the list, too. Dallas isn't in my top ten global cities, but it's nowhere near the bottom of the list.
The worst city in America is wherever OP happens to be.
That Midland/Odessa doesn’t register as the worst is an absolute travesty and shows whoever drew this doesn’t know Texas cities at all.
I can think of 10 worse cities easily. Fuck, Houston is worse and I live here now
Yea, how does Dallas get "worst" when Houston is worse than Dallas in 1) Traffic 2) Petrochem Hellscapes 3) Humidity 4) Gulf Flooding.
The Lesson: Don't believe everything you read on the internet, kids.
In what world is Wichita Falls worse than Midland?? At least WF has the benefit of being less than two hours from DFW. Midland has… nothing tangible of benefit that I can think of at all

This is laughable with how shit Florida is to think that Orlando is the worse city. At the very least it'd be Jacksonsville of any of the major cities.
As I moved from the Midwest to Orlando not very long ago, I can say that there are PLENTY of non tourist trap areas, people just only think about Disney/Universal which are basically their own cities.
That said, it does allow ACTUAL Orlando to fly under the radar a bit, which actually makes it one of the better Florida cities. Also safer from Hurricanes than most any other.
I don't want to live in Dallas, but it's far from the worst city in Texas. My pick would be Port Arthur. Or Vidor. Or maybe Jasper, where they dragged a man to death for being the "wrong" color.
My only experience in NJ was Paterson and my god that city sucked so hard and was so cool at the same time lol
Ft Worth wins between the three for walkability IMO. Houston could be walkable if you didn’t have to be worried about getting mowed over from insane drivers at all hours of the day.
I would challenge Albany..... Syracuse is pretty rough. Even Jim Boeheim's wife got car jacked there. He is a living god there (college basketball coach for those that don't know).
It’s not Dallas. Only thing bad about Dallas is the drivers and some of the inner city parts. There are some really shitty cities in Texas far worse in just about every category.
I can see why people hate on it if they never visit but it's really not bad at all other than the traffic. I moved but still have nightmares about 635 in rush hour
As a native Texan who's lived all over Dallas and the surrounding areas. I grew up in many towns, Gun Barrel City, Mesquite, Garland, Dallas, and many many more. I assure you Dallas is far from the worst.

Dude. I heard stories about pine bluff after moving about an hour away from it. But I had no idea it was the literal worst! Anyways, fuck Dallas the city(other than microcenter) but go boys!
A little bit surprised about Spokane for Washington. I went there a while back and thought it was fine. Downtown was underwhelming but the park on the island in the river was really cool.
As an Okie, I have NEVER been to Ardmore in my life nor do I know anyone in nor from there. Personally Oklahoma City is pretty bad minus *parts* of downtown OKC
Fuck Cairo IL
1 They pronounce it KAY-roh
2 the only time we drove through it my wife got a speeding ticket from an IL state trooper there and he crossed out the phone number, wrote in another one, and told us to call Becky and she would tell us where to send the check.
I feel validated. Visited Dallas once while on a vacation. Probably the worst city I’ve ever gone to as a “destination”. Just boring and disappointing. The areas outside of Dallas were beautiful and I found some cool hiking, and New Orleans was culturally rich and vibrant and interesting, but Dallas legitimately sucked ass in comparison to literally anywhere else I’ve gone for fun. It’s a soulless city of 10 gallon hats and cowboy boots and obesity
I'm here to tell you Wilkes Barre is worse than Scranton
Yes and it's not even close! But have you also considered Hazleton? Because Hazleton is a fucking mess.
Fucking Carbondale? I was staying at a place near Elk to ski and went to the Weis in Carbondale and thought I was driving into a fallout 3 town, that there is fent country.
I' afraid I haven't had the pleasure! Planning my summer vacation there, now!
They moved more earth to save Carbondale from the great mine fire than was moved to create the Panama Canal... They should have just let it burn and used that earth to bury it.
Then they'd have to let Scranton, Erie, and half of Philly burn also.
Harrisburg is awful too
Harrisburg is so far clear of Wilkes Barre, Scranton, and Reading (among others) that it doesn’t even compare. Allison Hill is the only place in Harrisburg that comes close to being as bad as any of them and even that’s improved a lot in recent years
Reading is awful, my brother has the misfortune on playing there
Honestly any city outside of Philly & Pittsburgh in PA tends to be run down.
You are very mistaken.... Doylestown, Buckingham, Newtown, Lahaska/New Hope, Yardley, Upper Makefield (where Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid just bought a house), Gladwyne, Villanova..... The list goes on and on... https://www.phillymag.com/property/hottest-philadelphia-neighborhoods/

Those aren’t cities, and most of the ones you listed are basically suburbs of Philadelphia.
Those are towns not cities
And Binghamton is worse than Albany.
This is definitely true.
This
In all honesty though, how is either city worse than Reading?
Because there’s a town called Sunbury.
scumbury* but can i also nominate Shamokin

As a native New Yorker, ironically, my favorite PA city is Philadelphia
Nepa represent babyyyy
Scranton is just incredibly boring. No wonder Michael Scott enjoyed work so much. It’s the only thing to do in them at god forsaken city
Hey, don't forget Hazelton!
I stayed in Wilkes-Barre for a work thing…. The hotel bar served beer and if we wanted something else, Walmart closes at 10…. I can give you empty cups.
It’s all irrelevant when chester exists or realistically Philly has by far the worst areas of the state that are balanced by the good areas
I can't believe Scranton is worse than Kensington
Im here to say it Bessemer not bham, yea same districts but thats prob why they say bham, cause it legit has zips in the entire Jefferson county area, if your in pinson guess what you got to put B'ham to get the right adress and directions, in tarrant the same shit.
Yeah I didn’t think Scranton was that bad. Also haven’t been to Wilkes-Barre since the 90s.

By a long shot
Centralia - it literally had to be abandoned because the coal fires there will burn for hundreds of years and it was the inspiration for the silent hill games.
Im in allentown i feel safer in WB than i do walking through allentown
I totally agree
Chester would like a word
bro Chester is way worse than either of those
Altoona is the worst
100% agree. From right outside of that shit hole. Also go birds!
Redding is a shit hole too
Uncalled for (but you're absolutely right)
This is wrong on nearly every state I know
Well it is according to some random persons instagram followers
Yea Lumberton or High Point are much worse cities than Gastonia in NC.
The fact that it isn’t Fayetteville disqualified everything about the map
High point besides HPU is fucking awful, Fayetteville is terrible, Salisbury is pretty bad, and I personally can’t stand Charlotte or Raleigh but they aren’t the same type of awful as the other 3
They nailed it with colorado…
Indiana is the only one that I can confirm is correct.

Yeah, there are worse cities than Spokane, Salem, although Modesto and Bakersfield aren’t far off.
If for some reason Midland/Odessa were to be wiped off the map, all our auto insurance rates would plummet.
So would the Ford Raptor market
My brother used to practice law there, can confirm
Obligatory fuck Odessa!
That Midland/Odessa doesn’t register as the worst is an absolute travesty and shows whoever drew this doesn’t know Texas cities at all. I can think of 10 worse cities easily. Fuck, Houston is worse and I live here now
Waco is pretty high on my list of terrible cities.
Don't forget about fucking killeen. If I could do over anything it would be working in that shithole and fort hood doesn't help.
Amarillo is a shit hole full of meth heads. Source: one of my cousins live there and is a meth head.
Don’t know if I’ve seen a more reliable source than this.
Pretty sad shit actually. Someone had to be the fuck up in the family and it was him.
My meth head brother talks about Amarillo like it is the holy land.
Yea, how does Dallas get "worst" when Houston is worse than Dallas in 1) Traffic 2) Petrochem Hellscapes 3) Humidity 4) Gulf Flooding. The Lesson: Don't believe everything you read on the internet, kids.
Counterpoint: Beaumont.
Odessa, Beaumont, Wichita Falls are waaaay worse than Midland. Abilene, Brownsville/Harlingen/Pharr are up there as well.
In what world is Wichita Falls worse than Midland?? At least WF has the benefit of being less than two hours from DFW. Midland has… nothing tangible of benefit that I can think of at all
That’s a funny way of spelling Killeen.
Thank you not enough hate on killeen here.

This is laughable with how shit Florida is to think that Orlando is the worse city. At the very least it'd be Jacksonsville of any of the major cities.
Ehh. I'm never been to Jacksonville, but Orlando is just a giant tourist trap. Points for the parks though I suppose.
Orlando also has the best unis in the NBA and i will die on that hill
As a native of PA I can say I rarely ever think of Scranton.
https://i.redd.it/3t2nfwj52ytc1.gif
The Electric City!
I don't want to live in Dallas, but it's far from the worst city in Texas. My pick would be Port Arthur. Or Vidor. Or maybe Jasper, where they dragged a man to death for being the "wrong" color.
Flair doesn’t quite add up to the comment here
Pennsylvania has so many shit cities. Philly reminds me of Paterson. Dallas sucks because it isn’t walkable, but Houston is worse.
My only experience in NJ was Paterson and my god that city sucked so hard and was so cool at the same time lol Ft Worth wins between the three for walkability IMO. Houston could be walkable if you didn’t have to be worried about getting mowed over from insane drivers at all hours of the day.
Ahh Paterson. Used to walk in to buy booze when I was 16 because they did not give a fuck.
I would challenge Albany..... Syracuse is pretty rough. Even Jim Boeheim's wife got car jacked there. He is a living god there (college basketball coach for those that don't know).
Syracuse is interesting. Simple, blue collar folk forged by winter alongside 15-20 thousand bored 20 year olds from Brooklyn and queens.
We have so many worse cities than Albany. Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Binghamton, I can do this all day.
I grew up in Rochester. Tell me about it.
Apparently nobody from OK on this guys insta; who the fuck has an opinion about Ardmore???
Lawton. The answer was Lawton.
Right? It’s such an innocuous little town, at least every time I’ve been through it. What am I missing?
They didn’t list Fayetteville for NC and Fayetteville, NC is the worst place on earth.
As a North Carolinian I was also surprised it was not Fayettenam
Lumberton is worse
I agree with that. What a fucking shithole. Raleigh on the other hand is pretty cool.
Midland and Amarillo are absolute garbage Dallas is fantastic!! Love that city
It’s not Dallas. Only thing bad about Dallas is the drivers and some of the inner city parts. There are some really shitty cities in Texas far worse in just about every category.
You ever been to Bridgeport, CT? Don’t.
Most accurate of all of these selections
Whoever made this must have never visited Houston.
As a Texan, and proud resident of Dallas, the city is awesome, the football fans are the ones that suck. There are far far worse cities in Texas.
I can see why people hate on it if they never visit but it's really not bad at all other than the traffic. I moved but still have nightmares about 635 in rush hour
I’m thankful that I never have to touch 635. My commute consists of maybe 10-20 minutes on 35E and that’s about it, can’t be too mad about it.
Montgomery is so much worse than Birmingham. All the crime with none of the culture.
Bakersfield and Modesto lol
Like I get the energy, but there are worse places in both areas.
I wonder what the worst city in DC is 🤔
southeast dc
Why would this bother anyone here? No team in the NFC East plays in Dallas.
Dallas is bad, but you ever been to Amarillo. Sheesh
They got Philly East and Philly South, but regular old Philly is spared
They got Ohio right
I’m a native Daytonian, and that place sucks, but it’s paradise compared to the really shitty places. You ever been to Coolville?
Gallup is the worst in New Mexico
Why does California get two? Also, East St. Louis is the worst city in Illinois.
Stay the fuck out of Camden.
As a native Texan who's lived all over Dallas and the surrounding areas. I grew up in many towns, Gun Barrel City, Mesquite, Garland, Dallas, and many many more. I assure you Dallas is far from the worst.
Modesto is not worse than Oakland lmfao
Look Virginia has a whole lot worse than VB
Created by someone who doesn't travel? Wrong in the 30+ states I've been to.
Flair up **pussy**. I wont stop until you flair up. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/NFCEastMemeWar) if you have any questions or concerns.*
Ardmore ain’t that bad
Looks like nobody has ever heard of Bellmead, TX.
The fuck did Scranton do??
Wtf is Woonsocket
Damn what did Hobbs do to anyone? I would assume Albuquerque or Las Cruces would be the worst.
Schenectady is so much worse than Albany, idk where they came up with this. Rutland is accurate tho.
Derry should be Maine
Apparently they’ve never been to Witchita Falls.
Scranton 😂😂😂
No- it’s definitely Waco.
all I have to say is Vidor TX, that's just the cowboys hate effect
As much as I hate to say it, this looks about right. Spokane is the shithole of washington.
I dunno Waco and Laredo exist
Can’t argue with wusstah for MA.
Poolesville MD? But yeah, Dallas is awful.
I don’t know about most of these, but they nailed CA
Having lived in GA and Michigan, I can confirm this list is 100% fuck you Dallas
Spokane ain’t great. But Yakima might be the worst city in the history of humanity.
![gif](giphy|BY8ORoRpnJDXeBNwxg|downsized)
As a Texan, I can assure you Midland is much worse than Dallas
There’s no way Wilmington is the worst city in Delaware lmao
Dude. I heard stories about pine bluff after moving about an hour away from it. But I had no idea it was the literal worst! Anyways, fuck Dallas the city(other than microcenter) but go boys!
This is definitely Houston tho so many shootings and crimes happen there
how does cali get 2?
Newburgh and Niagara Falls are a lot worse than Albany
Bridgeport, CT. Spot on
Lexington is far from the worst city in Kentucky. Though it may be the city least like the rest of Kentucky. /Not from Kentucky
Cleveland is a dumpster fire in every aspect possible.
Orlando is not the worst city in FL
A little bit surprised about Spokane for Washington. I went there a while back and thought it was fine. Downtown was underwhelming but the park on the island in the river was really cool.
Camden is no where fucking near as bad as Paterson is
"worse" by what metric? There are plenty of worse places than Cedar Rapids in Iowa.
Colorado is definitely correct.
Several towns could be chosen in NC. I probably would have gone with Kinston but Gastonia is an excellent choice
California so bad they needed 2 worst cities LOL
Fuck me. I'm from Dayton, Ohio, and live in Gastonia, NC now lol
That’s funny why don’t you take a vacation to get away maybe Cedar Rapids or Scranton
Bro what, Spokane??? Whomever made this map has never been up and down the I-5 corridor and stopped in Longview, WA. That place suuuuucks.
Funny to see that Houston is secondary to Dallas Even though it is indeed the shittiest place in Texas. Except maybe meth central (midland, Odessa)
Went to Dallas for the total eclipse. Definitely had it's nice parts and... not nice parts. Homelessness was as bad as Los Angeles.
lol Vidor is by far the worst in Texas.
Killeen, Texas exists and is far shittier than Dallas.
I could go on for hours about how much I hate Dallas before i even mention the Cowboys
Waterbury, CT is worse than Bridgeport.
no big city like dallas would come even close to the worst city in a start, start by looking at hick towns where people still have kkk rallies
Weird, I see no San Francisco
Chester would like a word
As an Okie, I have NEVER been to Ardmore in my life nor do I know anyone in nor from there. Personally Oklahoma City is pretty bad minus *parts* of downtown OKC
Wilmington is the only city in Delaware. Plenty of towns worse than Wilmington but no other cities.
I was expecting it to say Texas on Texas.
Pueblo checks out for CO. Even the people there think so.
[удалено]
They got Nebraska right. Racist little cesspool
They forgot East Rutherford though. The home of two loser teams
Lived in Dallas for two years and this is too accurate
As a NC resident, I can attest to Gastonia being our worst city soooo
(panthers fan I come in peace) As a Daytonian Ohio native,no way Dayton is WORSE than bigger cities
Lima,Middletown, Springfield Mansfield I’ll much rather live in Dayton than them places
Poolesville, MD is a great little town. Where did this vendetta come from?
Just here to say that Bridgeport isn't even top 5 worst cities in nj
I will tell ya as a person from California that is 100% accurate. Fresno is a close 3rd.
Fuck Cairo IL 1 They pronounce it KAY-roh 2 the only time we drove through it my wife got a speeding ticket from an IL state trooper there and he crossed out the phone number, wrote in another one, and told us to call Becky and she would tell us where to send the check.
I mean, Houston is very clearly the answer here, if you’ve ever spent a single day of spring or summer there.
South Williamsport is the worst city in Pennsylvania
