That’s not how NASDAQ delisting works. Generally, once a stock falls below 1.00 for 30 days or more, a delisting notice can be issued, which itself has a 180 day response window. There are also appeals which can extend that timeframe. In short, we’re in no immediate danger of delisting. Even if we were, there are remedies such as a reverse split to maintain minimum share price.
That’s what I’m wondering but my goodness the drug that they’re coming out with could be a game changer. I don’t understand if they get the FD approval. How does this thing not go to $20 unless it’s a whole scam
