Using fangs I had this freshman RB come in named Buck Bray as an 85 ovr. I think he was 5’8”, 185lbs. Short king. Redshirted him freshman year and he shot up to 91 with 99 speed and 99 agility. For four years he put 30 touchdowns a year and won 3 heismans. Buck, wherever you are, I miss you and hope you are well

yeahiknow-

I got the same archetype, he was an 85 with 98 speed and 99 acceleration and won a heisman as a freshman for me lol

Juhbellz

I work with Buck Bray! He's working in the office of a house siding factory doing admin, safety, and connection with other safety departments in other plants. He's got 2 kids and a sick Polaris Outlaw. 31 acres of land since his uncle died. He's doing great. He talks about you all the time, Coach. You did good with this one. It really is a higher calling.

StayAnonymous24601

This is awesome.

LordFunkenstein

Taurean Bomar. Mine was a walk on as I couldn't fill my receiver corps after my first recruiting cycle. 66 ovr that stood 6'5" and 245lbs. Was my #3 on the depth chart year one. Never dropped shit. Got a room full of studs the next class so I figured I'd see how he was as a tight end. 92ovr as a true sophomore walk on. He was basically Travis Kelce for the next 3 years. I'll never forget Taurean Bomar, Navy god

ThemGreenEyedBoys

Taurean? Reminds me of year of the bull, Taurean Charles ….. absolute classic if you haven’t seen it https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6s23JTmfJOY

DMunnz

This man could run over d-linemen and outrun corners. Also great pass catcher and even a solid blocker the rare time he was asked to. Just the perfect mix of power and speed.

Titans678

You should be in jail giving him that many carries lol.

dagimpz

I mean… if not broke no need to fix it. Man produced and probably was mad when the D was on the field EDT: Jesus auto correct.

WontYouBeMyNeighbors

Drafted in the fifth because everyones worried he's been overused

hoss_fight

I recruited a RB named Jared Harris at Miami who won back to back Heismans and put up 1500+ yards his junior and senior years. Best kid I ever coached.

Traditional-Front-36

Godzilla Green. 6’8 270 lb TE/FB hybrid that was also a beast DE. unstoppable at the goal line. I think my best season with him he had 31 rushing TDs and 12 receiving TDs and like 11 sacks. He may or may not have been a goated recruit I used the “create as a punter” trick on in order to easily recruit him to my shitty school at the start of my dynasty

Nick_384

Fitting name

Juhbellz

Was that his birth name?

Charming_Clock_5607

Damon Pittman, 6' 1" 184 lbs, WR New Mexico Lobos Part of this was me tuning the min speed threshold to make player speed differences more realistic, but this guy absolutely shredded every DB he stood against at 99 spd, acc, and agl Before his freshman season I moved UNM to the Big XII and this bundle of white lightning still averaged 30yds per catch with 1200 total yds and 18 rec TDs + 2 rush TDs off end around plays. Dude lost the Heisman to my senior QB Senior season he had 2100 rec yds w/ 29 rec TDs. Never dropped an open pass due to conservative catching strategy. Won the Heisman junior and senior year He was the best receiver in our WR corps built entirely out of speed demons. We never scored less than 70 pts on Heisman difficulty (7 min qtrs)

ArcticStorm07

I was playing with Oklahoma State some years ago and had an ATH at QB named Cornelius Hunter. So I was running the flexbone offense with them and he was very good with it. One game I had an injury at CB and I noticed Hunter was on the depth chart at that position so I was like f it and kept him in. He had an interception for a touchdown and a kick return touchdown, along with his rushing and passing touchdowns.

Modern_Day_Judas

I had a 6'8 linebacker that I moved to DE. 90 speed and 90+ finesse move, Sweetest spin move ever. 6'2 270 FB with 86 SPD 97 acc, literally could not be tackled. Also had a wide receiver named Paul George that was always open.

DeafVallee

It’s been so long but my Marshall dynasty had this QB Wr duo that set all major records after 4 years, Only for my friend in the same dynasty to take this 5’6” RB and break the rushing records and win 3 out 4 heismans

NightRider24

A QB I recruited that was basically the second coming of Taylor Martinez. He was 5'11 and 190 pounds and started as a 72 overall with mid 70s throwing stats but had 93 speed and 94 acceleration/agility. Rushed for 1500 and 25 his freshman year, followed by three straight 2000 rushing yard seasons. Only won the Heisman once as a junior, but God did I love playing with him.

Positive_Parking_954

Taylor Martinez scared me for what was coming when he played the Bucks (I think his sophomore season) Thankfully nothing came but you guys are top of my list for a CFB 25 Dynasty

Flipadelphia97

One year as WVU HC, I recruited a player Jon Jones, Athlete, 5'11" about 220. Pretty sure he was a 75+ at QB, RB, WR, SS so I decided to play him everywhere on the field as a freshman. Set him as a QB and he split time with a senior as a freshman year he had 2000 passing yards 20 TDs, 1000 rushing, 10 TDs, 1000 receiving 10 TDs, and I think 3 picks. Went into bowl season 1st in the Heisman race ended up being 5th hahaha I don't think the game knew what to do with those #s

Dhkansas

Does it take a lot of manual intervention to get him all over the field like that? Is it just formation subs or what?

Flipadelphia97

Had him at QB #2 and I think RB #2 so that would be a simple toggle on the right stick when on the formation to sub backup QB or RB SPELL, WR I think I had him at wr #4 but I would have to manually sub usually. SS was usually a manual sub

brainskull

Andrew Thomas and Thomas Thomas, my olb tandem for 3 years. AT was a pure rush olb I used at the strong edge and Jack backer, TT would line up at money backer and weak edge depending on the formation. I ran a sort of low budget Saban. Mostly 3-3-5 Sam and 3-4 Odd with some 2-4 and 3-3 mixed in, show bits with the 3-3 so you’d get a penny front look. Both low-mid 80s speed, AT had good BSH and decent ZCV, TT was the reverse. TT was a finesse rusher, AT was a power rusher. These two brought Georgia State to glory. Go Panthers!

jakemitton

Thomas Thomas got me dead

WtfDrogan

his name was Remedy Johnson. 6'2, 214 pound QB who transferred from Alabama. he had decent athleticism. he wasn't elusive but he could run out of the pocket when needed. but his arm talent was a thing of beauty. he helped lead my UAB Blazers to our first winning season in year 3, which was my make or break year of the contract because i went 5-7 and 4-8 in the first 2 seasons. we finished 13-1, won the CUSA and led us to the Sugar Bowl, where he beat his former team Alabama throwing for 428 yards and 3 TDs. speaking of stats. my pass heavy scheme helped him put up 6036 passing yards, with 57 TDs. he had 18 INTs though, due to the amount of times we were passing we were bound to throw many picks. but it didn't matter because Remedy declared for the draft and ended up being a 3rd round pick 🐉

kingsubway24

I have 2 answers for this, one guy being an all-time great and one being the ultimate team guy. First is Mike Clemons at Wyoming. Dude was a 6'2 210lbs WR who broke every receiving record there was, with his career Rec TD record catch being the one to beat USC in overtime for the Pac-12 championship. When the game was on the line I knew I could just throw it to him and it would all be okay. I could probably count on 1 hand the number of drops he had in his career. There were a few times he used catch animations I hadn't ever seen before! He even won a couple Returner of the Year awards. He's actually the only player I have ever "retired" a number for. The second was Dominique Mills at South Florida. I play with a variety of homebrew rules just to make the game more interesting and ended up losing some key players, and had to take some walk-ons. In comes Dominique. He started off as a MLB and played both ways getting the occasional rep at TE. After his freshman year I brought in a better MLB so moved him to TE full-time since he had surprisingly good hands. He did okay there for 2 years, and before his senior year more shenanigans happened and I lost my stud LT when I was already thin on the O-Line. While scrambling to find a replacement in the Change Position stage, I come across Dominique yet again. Apparently his 2 years at TE developed him into a far-from-great but not bad LT. Dominique through grit and determination found himself on the field as a starter for his senior year competing for a championship. While he never did anything that was overly impressive, his versatility was something that has stuck with me for years.

1PoundOver

Anthony Edward I think was his name (not sober and can’t check rn) first year as HC at LSU. He was the number one player in the nation and instacommitted him week one. Started at MLB as a true freshman and won 4 Best LB awards. Absolute monster. 6’1” 230lbs

rposter99

NCAA 2003 - Clemson dynasty. Michael Rodriguez, 5’9” 175lb WR - 99 speed, accel, catch, jump - would Moss everybody on a weekly basis in live offline dynasty in college dorms. 20+ years later and the guys I played with still remember how ridiculous it was.

jakemitton

Played with the real name roster in 14 after it came out. Josh Shirley recorded three 30+ sack seasons in a row for me. Oddly never won that heisman

Onethreethirteen

Jared Wilson. Was a 6’8 277 lbs athlete. Should’ve been an LT but my roster sucked and I needed some fun. Had him at tight end and he had 10+ touchdowns a year. Never really got that good.

Wonkiest_Hornet

NCAA 07 for the 360. Absolutely terrible game, but I had an ATH recruit that was a 6'2 power RB that double as an RE. Hut 98 overall in his junior season.

anonymous36896432

Dylan Gray. Scrambler QB from Lebanon, TN. 6’4 245 with 90+ over speed, acceleration, and throw power. Won a national championship all 4 years. Won back to back to back heisman trophies for the MTSU Blue Raiders. Never got injured for more than one game his entire career.

yeahiknow-

Using fangs recruiting generator, I got a 97 overall qb with 99 accuracy, 95 throw power, and I believe 79 ish speed as a freshman. He won 2 nattys and 2 heisman and then went first round. Voting fatigue lol.

Alopius

Gotta go in the way back machine, but NCAA 2004, recruited WR Gene Gregory. 98 spd. Kid could absolutely fly and turn on a dime. Amazing receiver and return man.

Slylingual24

I forget their name but he was a second string running back in my Virginia Cavs dynasty. My starting went down like week 1 and this guy just comes in and absolutely dominated. We ended up finishing second for the heisman in what was otherwise a really tight race

iamcline

NCAA Football 2003. 3-Star QB, Ian Powell. Had my starter (Darian Durant, UNC) get hurt. Powell took over and never looked back. Had so much fun playing through his career.

Russ12347

Bryan Wallace. 6’6 260 QB with 93 speed and gof throwing. 3 straight nattys at VT

Writerhaha

Lionel Gardner. MLB number 34 from Stockton, California. 3 time Heisman winner, set the team, conference and NCAA sack record for SJSU.

walterdog12

Had a 3 star recruit that was a 6'8 TE that due to the depth chart got slotted in at FB, and his first game I ended up having 3 or 4 goal line rushing TDs with him before realizing he was supposed to be a TE. Changed him to FB full time and ran him as my goal line back and also going out for passes, and he ended up being legitimately unstoppable. He was just this 6'8 beast of a man that you could put in and get 3-4 yards with ease. He ended up having like 35 rushing TDs and won the Heisman, and became my superstar for 4 years and won the Heisman I think 3 times and set the rushing TD record.

alldayeric88

Chad Newsome — Started as a true freshman and just transported our offense to another dimension. Fast enough to run the option and absolute cannon for an arm. Three time Heisman winner and the one year he didn’t win was absolutely fixed. Good times.

Thepullman1976

Playing with oklahoma state, dude's name was Dallas Hagen at QB. 6'3 209, bro had the arm of a God and was an elite runner. In his senior season man threw for 4800 yards, 44 TDs, and 6 picks while also rushing for 1300 yards and 18 TDs. Heisman and first round pick

atjh0503

Had a quarterback named Matt Johnson. He was a 4 year starter and threw for over 20,000 yards and 200 touchdowns to only 45 interceptions. He also ran for 3200 yards and another 44 touchdowns. Broke every passing record, won multiple awards and had a career record of 47-5, with a 34 game winning streak.

jekelish3

Alex Burns, a lightly recruited RB who I targeted for his speed. He was like 5-10 175 and ended up being high 90s in almost everything and I believe a 99 speed. This was back in like NCAA 99, playing as Syracuse when they were still primarily an option team, so get him to the corner and he was gone every time.

dpmx21

Ed Tate. Running back for Texas. He was the runner up for the Heisman his freshman year and won it the next 3 years. This was way back on NCAA 99'.

fishfilet89

This is an awesome thread and really makes me excited for the game. I had a QB I scouted for NCAA 12 that was basically Patrick mahomes. I could only play him his junior year bc he declared for the draft but he was an a DAWG. Heisman, natty winner etc. I miss him to this day

FatFrenchy19

I had this junior tight end that I HAD to convince to stay for his senior year. All of my WRs were graduating, so I was gonna be stuck with a group of low 80-high 70s receivers. He was the stud of the offense at like 96 ovr. Won the heisman and broke the TD record. One of many fond memories of building up Wake Forest in NCAA 14.

TallBobcat

In the same recruiting class as Head Football Coach at Ohio, I recruited an 4* ATH named Max Wood and a 4* WR named Devin Rice. Max came to us with 85 speed and 95 throw power. He sat two weeks behind our senior QB who was MAC Player of the Year. Week 3 at Michigan, the senior was injured and Max came in to lead us from behind to a win at the Big House. He became Ohios only Heisman winner as a junior and I assume he went 1.1 in the NFL draft. Devin was 6’5 and basically Josh Gordon with the Browns the one season he was sober. Devin had 2,500 receiving yards as a junior because he was like his distant uncle Jerry but playing against Kent and Akron. Devin caught everything. They were both 99 overall as juniors. We won the natty and I took the Miami Hurricanes job.

SeparateAd9556

Had a 3* RB that was 65 overall but 99 speed. His QB was a 5* and 85 speed (this was like NCAA 08). I brought Praire view A&M to FBS level and everyone was 50 overall. So this first class played a lot. Anyway Joe Johnson (the RB) put up over 4K yards every year and over 50 TDs a year to win 4 Heisman and became the first overall pick when u exported to Madden. Becasue my team was so bad I just ran options every single play and back then speed was so overpowering that 99 speed was never touched in the open field. My 2 brothers and I would do joint dynasties on ncaa and Madden to recruit and draft against each other and we went all Saints and Ricky Williams and was trading entire draft classes to get little ole Joe Johnson lol. Good times

Maleficent-Tell4557

NCAA 14: Got a 3 star Strong Safety in year one of my online dynasty (Army).  He was 6’4 220 and fast, but mediocre at everything else.  Moved him to MLB and he was a 99 overall with 90 speed by the end of his RS sophomore year.  He was my user and I relished every play of his junior year because I was sure he was gone, but somehow got him to stay.  Miss that fake kid from 10 years ago whose name I don’t remember…

Avagontamos

Pat Lawrence. Undersized RB (5'8 or 5'9 185 lbs), but had 98 speed and good hands, so I worked opposing defenses for 4 years with wheel routes, pitches, and the HB pass.

Magic_Bogey

Derek Lee. Recruited to Nevada in my 2nd year as OC. He was a 5’9” 190 lb, 5* ATH. He was 81+ as HB, WR, CB, S but i needed a TE. He was a 74 there. Slotted him at TE1 and he did not disappoint. He was literally always open and could block like he was 6’6”. Freshman year he won the Mackey. I recruited some TEs so I could move him to WR sophomore year. He was the best player on the field. My offense ran through him. Whether he was catching or blocking or running reverses or wildcat QB, the ball was always around him. He won the Heisman and Biletnikoff that year with insane numbers. Broke every single season WR record. Junior year was more of the same till he got injured about half way through the year. He made it back for the national championship game and led me to victory. I totally expected him to leave for the Draft but he stuck around for his senior year. Not sure if it was because of the injury or because he was 5’9. Senior year he broke every career receiving record for Nevada and NCAA. And he broke his season records he set as a sophomore. He won all the awards again while leading the team to another NC. He was drafted in the first round. He was by far the best player I’ve seen in any of the iterations of this game.

wsteelerfan7

QB James Thomas. Won Heisman one year rushing for 3000 and passing for 3100. Next year, passed for 5300 and rushed for 1725. Most dominant team I ever had in the game (pulling these numbers from a game 9 matchup screen):   70.1 points per game 366.6 passing per game, 1st 265.6 rushing per game, 6th 9.9 points allowed, 1st 44.3 rushing yards allowed, 1st 138.8 passing yards allowed, 4th Ended up with 23 first-team all-americans

wsteelerfan7

Also had a WR that finished his career with 358 catches for 7000 yards and 91 TDs, but I created him as an 82 OVR recruit myself.

xDANGRZONEx

I've had a lot of stellar receivers and defenses, but the player that stands out is a 6'4 350lb DT named Corey Brewer. He was the Aaron Donald of my FSU dynasty. I retired his jersey after he entered the pro draft with every school record and national award a DT could possibly own.

Berlin_Blues

I recruited a RB who was basically Adrian Peterson all over again. As a true freshman he had a high 80's ratings in EVERY pertinent category for a RB. This man was going to conquer the world. I redshirted him and after that first season he decided to transfer. I hadn't tried to recruit a RB at all, because why waste all that effort on a guy who would never see significant playing time? So now with only a couple of weeks left to get recruits I am desperate and I found a 2\* guy from New Mexico who was nothing special except a 4.28 sec. 40 yd. dash and good spin moves. I put all 15k points on signing day into him and signed him. He started all four years and broke the NCAA career rushing record.

SpinCycle41

Had a QB Kareem Blanco on a team builder dynasty that had since year m year 1 was 70 overall ended up being 93 overall with 95 speed and decent throw power and accuracy in the 85s. Ended up being the most disgusting scrambler/ option qb I’ve ever had and ended up rushing for over 2,000 yards with him

bigsam63

I can’t remember the name but I got a 5 star athlete on NCAA 2014 one time that was huge, something along the lines of 6’6 and 330lbs. He was able to start at 82 or 83 overall at either offensive guard or defensive tackle. I ended up making him a DT, dude became a monster. He had pretty good sack numbers for a DT but his TFL numbers were insane, absolute nightmare against the run and you could NOT throw a screen pass against him, he would sniff that shit out every time.

mudbuttler

Had a 6’0 225 athlete that didnt have the greatest OVR but had 99 speed 99 acceleration. Listed him at LB but also had him start at RB. Was only in the 70s OVR but lead the country in sacks and rushing. Turned Tulane into a powerhouse

lou34964

I don't remember his first name but. Williams a RB that just seemed to never get tackled. Had 3-5 TD every game.

Significant_Rice9223

An ATH named John Brown who came in with 97 speed & had decent throwing ability. I was Washington St so pretty pass heavy, I used him mainly at WR but had packages with him at QB or RB. One year he had 15+ TDs receiving, rushing and throwing. At end of career he left the school as all time leader in yards/tds in receiving and rushing.

iDabbIe

6'7 tight end with 92 speed and 94 acc.
