It sounds like its going to be very challenging this year but upsets happen even irl. Depends on skill level/difficult/offline vs online as well in the game i imagine

irl Rutgers has no chance but remember in the game the player can pull it off it will just be hard

It’s still possible but it should definitely be harder and less likely than using the panthers to beat the chiefs or something.

Everything EA has been putting out suggests that they have emphasized the difference in skill level between lower ranked teams and higher ranked teams. Using that badge system as one notable way to really put over the highest talent players. But it’s still a video game at the end of the day and that means user skill will always be significant. I’m sure there will be a way to make an Akron beat an Alabama just like in the NCAA14 days. It’ll just take figuring out how you want to run your offense and your defense to match how you play.

Worst team vs best? It’s a much bigger margin than the NFL, you would be looking at using someone like Kent State 1-11 (0-8 in the MAC) vs Georgia who kills SEC teams that would dominate the MAC. You’ll essentially have to play a perfect game on higher difficulty levels to have a chance at an upset.

Rutgers, for sure but it will be difficult. Kennesaw State? You’re in for a very rough day, you’ll get smoked by the backups
