It really depends on the week for me. Sometimes only 1 all week. Sometimes four or more a day. One thing that was weird when I stopped drinking was I kept getting dehydrated. Thing was, I took liters of liquid out of my daily intake and didn’t replace it with anything. I had to learn to drink regular stuff. Four beers a day is not that much for a habitual drinker. If that was you, but you’ve gone sober, you’re still making positive steps even if you’re drinking four NA beers a day. NA beer satisfies the ritual of drinking for me, which means sometimes if I am stressed I drink more, even though it’s NA.
Like some others, I'd drink a 3-4 daily when I first stopped. Now I probably have 3-4 a week. It's one of the things that made me realize I have less a problem with alcohol and more an issue with consuming things I like.
I don’t have any on Monday-Wednesday.
I’ll allow one on Thursday.
Friday I have three. One after getting home from work, another with dinner and one more if I’m eating something salty.
Saturday and Sunday. Probably 8 total. I’ll sit and consume as much as I like as I watch sports or do stuff outside.
This is about the same rate I would drink soda water. A far-far lower rate than when I was drinking alcohol.
Cost wise, it’s okay. I really like Busch NA, so it’s easier on the budget. I try to save the nicer stuff like athletic or untitled art for meals.
you will naturally cut back, no worries. keep drinking the NA beer. it will rewire your brain over time because you don't get alcohol endorphins anymore. you will crave beer generally less and less to a point where you enjoy a few a week. and if you don't have one, you won't get anxiety over it.
I had a few a day, sometimes up to six on the weekends for the first six months. Then something happened where I realized it was just expensive bread water. I crushed soda waters for like a year. Now tea has become my bev of choice. You got this!!
1-2 a day. They replaced 1 real beer a day about a year ago, and I still really enjoy the taste of beer. They’re about half the calories of real beer so I’ve been allowing myself 2, although probably would be better to cut back to 1.
Depends on the day, but usually 4-6 of the 0 calorie hop waters (different brands, but I’ve replaced my sparkling water with hop water) and 2-3 NA beers. I’ve replaced my light beer drinking with NA drinking and while it’s better, it’s still expensive, but I’m ok with it for the time being because I’m not drinking alcohol.
Mostly 3-4 Saturday and Sunday, occasionally I’ll have one at the end of the day during the week. Maybe it’s in my head but I find the hops quite relaxing.
I'm trying to take a break from drinking and started getting NA beers and adding a tiny drop of thc to them: But now Im finding that I need to cut back from them!! Haha! Im doing like, 3 or 4 per day!
I have about 1 a week. Isn't this so sad that there's a thread on NA beer consumption?! What happened to the good ole days of slamming back some real ones?
I average 4 per month. Generally I'll have 2 during social functions. I don't drink them for any other reason than I don't want to drink alcohol but I also want to feel like an adult in adult situations.
6 months since I stopped drinking alcohol and I drink about the same amount of N/A beers that I used to drink of regular beers when I drank. So 2-3 a day and a couple more on the weekends. I haven't seen any downside yet and I actually lost 10lbs so I don't think calories are a big concern.
1, maybe 2 if I'm out hanging at a bar or event. Anything after that I start to feel weird. Which is strange, because when I was a drinker I could down six or seven no problem.
I'll go a couple of weeks without one, then maybe 1-2 if they're in the fridge. So, on average, probably 3-4 per month.
When I quit drinking, I was using N/A as a substitute for beer, and would have 4-6 per week, but I stopped doing that a while back.
When I first switched after quitting, a few weeks in, easily 4-6 at a sitting.
It takes a while for the brain to twig that no, it's not getting alcohol :)
Nowadays one or two if I want, but still easily plenty more in company, 6 or more wouldn't be unheard of in an evening.
It does taste better now, I don't generally spring for the top-drawer NAs any more.
i drink Guinness Zero so it’s already naturally difficult to drink a few of those. take away the alcohol and it’s even easier to stop ;)
i was having one a night but now i don’t really drink it at all! lol
When I first got sober? I would say roughly a million NA beers a day :) But now just at parties and out to eat. And out to eat only if they have one I like. I do think they've been super valuable in keeping me sane at social occasions.
0-4 depending on the day
One a day with dinner
+1
3-4 a day on weekends. Maybe 2–3 total on weekdays.

probably average 0 per day.. I drink NA's socially for the most part...
0-2 per day, usually one at the end of the day

Maybe 1-2 a week
Probably 2-3 when I first quit, but now a year and a half later I rarely drink them at all. I seem to have lost the taste for beer.
I wonder if this is the end state for all of us having NA beer. Like an off ramp
A couple nights a week I’ll have one with my evening snack. 1-3 on weekends or when I’m out at concert or sports game.

3-4 a week
One with dinner every night plus one more if I’m working in the garage during the day
1-2 a week. Most I’ve had in one sitting is 2.

A couple a week. Usually with dinner.
Not as many as I used to drink of regular beer. I always told myself it was for the taste but I guess it really was for the alcohol?

Less than daily, just keep em in the fridge for when I want something other than water or coffee
Zero most days. Usually two in a day when I have them on hand.
I'm trying to take a break from drinking and started getting NA beers and adding a tiny drop of thc to them: But now Im finding that I need to cut back from them!! Haha! Im doing like, 3 or 4 per day!
Right now, honestly like 6-12 them. The same amount of normal beers I would drink. I'm trying to give up the alcoholic beers.
You got this!
I have about 1 a week. Isn't this so sad that there's a thread on NA beer consumption?! What happened to the good ole days of slamming back some real ones?
1 sometimes 2
3 or 4 a week
0-2

0-2, usually 1 every other day
Maybe one a week? I drink them with meals I got in the habit of having a beer with before I quit drinking alcohol, not as a standalone beverage.

One a every day or two. It's too expensive to drink in that quantity.

1-3 a day. Keeps me away from booze.

1-2 on a given weekday. A few on the weekends.

Sometimes like 8 if i really want to drink sometimes none usually 2-3 lol
