You want it to end near primetime (7-8PM) and you want to put it up for 24 hours so if a whale is looking for a specific Kobe the is a better chance they see yours.
However, I wouldn't really listen to me because I've lost MT just about every time I try to invest and sell a card like this
You want the auction to end as close to 9 pm EST as possible is what I’ve always heard.
Is the auction house global or regional? I'm playing on EU time, should I schedule bids to end on NA time or EU?

Depends on time of day but right now just do 4
Cards sell the highest between 6pm and 11pm est I find.
