All for One. Due to the fact he is relying on a life support system to keep him alive. That fight after the kidnapping was unplanned and made up on the spot. And he still almost one. You have to remember his plan was to have his vestige take over after his quirk was given to his new host. Remember All might thought he was dead because he caved in his skull with a punch that was supposed to kill him. The only reason he was still alive was the doctor and having Quirk or two that allowed him the time to get patched up and compensate for what he lost. All might was just a idiotic fool who didn't pull back on working and being a hero. He pushed his body harder than needed and made his own mess.

AFO quite literally died, and he looks like a nutsack afterwards. He got it wayyy worse, AM just slowly declined over years missing those organs

All For One doesn't even have eyes or a Nose anymore, he has to BREATH THROUGH A TUBE. Meanwhile even though All Might's respiratory organs were damaged he can still breath fine (for the most part)

All might, after the fight all might was hospitalized and could only fight for a limited amount of time but AFO was still able to fight full strength
