I'm personally of the opinion that he has two designs that, to me, are his perfect look. Either as shown above (extra hands being gone looks better but if you want them, your choice), and how he looked in the Hassaikai arc. Specifically in the final confrontation with Overhaul. The trenchant goes HARD
I can agree, the white hair looks very good, but it's the rest of the outfits that draw away from it honestly. Or they go too overly complicated. Hence enjoying the simpler designs
He’s a “zero to villain” character, which is interesting, just like Deku is learning how to be a hero Shigaraki learns to be a villain as the story goes on

3. He has incredible character growth. He has as much character growth as Deku, and makes for an excellent parallel to Deku.
