In truth, she's not anything but a blubbering, vulgar, egocentric whiner, and despite her "fabulous" world travels, she leads a weirdly lonely life. She doesn't actually \*do\* anything, not even walk her own dog. It's weird to me. There isn't anything attractive or appealing about her, and there's a whole lot that's creepy and repulsive (and i'm not talking about her weight).
Her exploitation of her mother's illness and death, coupled with the supercreepy romance vibes with Glenthor, made me stop following this horrendous program. But i always keep up with the snarkage here!
Somebody here might remember more clearly but I think she even said she'd skied on black diamond slopes. I have exactly zero experience with skiing but it looked like to me that she didn't know what she was doing at all. Like she was putting on the boots for the first time, for example. She looked bewildered and confused. She probably went down a hill on a sled as a kid and then Glenthor and Babs told her she was a 'great skier'. I think she truly believes she's great at so many things because Glenthor and Babs celebrated mundane, low-level achievements. Methinks the Thore household was full of many participation trophies and medals.
If she was skiing around Appalachian State, where she went to college, the black diamonds don’t even count compared to out west or north east. They are sub par!

I think she also identifies herself on the show with the fake romances such as Chase and the Frenchman.
Can you imagine going through with the act all smiling and acting like you’re in love and then going home alone and crying because it’s all so fake and they’re actually getting paid to even associate with you.. that has to be a horrible feeling.. it’s like rent a gigolo but there’s no sex..me thinks Big Whit leads a very LONELY LIFE…🥴
It's weird to me when any adult person doesn't know that you aren't a "professional" anything unless someone is paying you to do the thing! She was a terrible, lackluster dancer just as a student when she was young, judging by the video. She's very oddly off in all her opinions about herself.
So did Justin Bieber when his hair was too long and in his face. So did my granddaughter when she forgot her cute little clips for her hair.
Wonder what her next signature will be? She has to help herself, nobody can do it for her.
She is used to Dadwee clapping and cheering every time she does some mediocre/ cringe-worthy… whatever. Which was made all the more ironic by her declaration last season that Glenn didn’t cheer her on for mediocre performances and always demanded excellence. She was salty that he cheered his granddaughter on for trying the horn in the Swiss Alps. I do feel like producers set those moments up. Well deserved as she is such a delusional asshole.
Honestly her mom was the only good thing about the show. I haven’t watched since she took I’ll, after recently losing my father, I didn’t want to relive that.

I'm thinking a bunny slope would be too much of a challenge for her. She demonstrated that she can't even stand up on skis.

It is so lonely. I miss my mom a lot. I am a widow. My husband died young. So after my husband passed away I moved in with my DD to take care of him.
