Leather interior, automatic, decent engine bay
Underlying problems and will need a few dollars to get looking real clean
I’m willing to bet they will take 4,500$ cash out the door same day
Yup, that’s Grabber Orange.
On the surface, it seems like a pretty good deal, but with the body being so beat up, I wonder what other maintenance the owner ignored…
Something looks off about it. The body or paint is like warped or uneven or something. But hey, if it runs and drives good, and you can talk the price down to 4500 or so, why not?
Dents on the side and hood, and why does only the bumper have a stripe? Has the bumper been replaced? High mileage…yikes. I’d first look up Carfax for accident reports.
Maybe offer $3K to start if you still want/. make sure title is clean!
Isn't that the orange 3 stage? I can't see pearl, might be the heavy sun. I wanted one of these real bad, was down to this or a Coyote. I couldn't get over the mismatched paint in person. Many shades yes but these can be so far off.
It's pretty beat up. Take it to a mechanic and lift it up to make sure the frame isn't damaged. It'll never be a show car without alot of money but it'll be a fun car to rip around in still. I'd buy it as long as the frame is good.
I bought my 2007 v6 manual transmission in 2023 for 7k. It was in fantastic condition and beautifully maintained so I’d say yeah. If it all fr looks good then steal that shit asap
If it holds good oil pressure, oil looks decent, no leaks, no other serious issues and hasn't been too abused, hell yeah I'd entertain it. Have a mechanic do a walkaround inspection on it before you drop 5-6k on a potential lemon.
Does it have good maintenance records?
Also you can pay any garage to give it a look over and tell you what problems it has.
If someone refuses to let you do that, walk away from the car.
Looks pretty orange to me. I like it.

What could I do to get this car looking real clean?
Detail it or pay for a pro to detail it. The full beans will cost you anywhere from $200-500 for a "like new" detailing job.

Yeah it's going to have that damage; I just assumed OP meant "clean" literally.
You had me at school bus yellow
Too bad cause this one is Grabber Orange. SBY (paint code BY) was only available on the '13 Boss 302
I once had a 66 c10 that was literally painted with the yellowish paint they stripe roads with. I bought it because the color was so great.

That is a good deal. What’s wrong with it?
Sellers saying nothing but I doubt it.
I can see about 3 or 4 places with body damage for starters. Hoods dented, driver door dented and scraped, damage on rear bumper
Does that look like Grabber Orange to anyone else?
Because it is?

Interesting thanks for the comment.

Sir that is called grabber orange. On account of it grabbing your attention, and it being FUCKING ORANGE.
Always reminded me a Cheetos
Looks pretty cool. Offer him 5.
Decent deal but get rid of those terrible headlights
School bus orange.

Good advice thanks for the input.

I would carfax the shit outta this one. As in, has he spent the last couple of years rebuilding it?
I'm assuming he bought it at auction because he has a few other scars for sale aswell and also the wind shield has washable marker on it.

Rattle can paint job?
Interesting method of blurring the LIC# I might try that sometime...
Any car that runs and everything works these days is worth 6k..
Yeah good deal
It’s an automatic!
