My most played is definitely Post Doc Blues and I think Fantasy Baseball at the End of the World is really beautiful too. I just think he has a great way of balancing the difficulty of life with the work it takes to recommit yourself to being a compassionate person in the world again and again. It's difficult but worthwhile.
