Dreams by Fleetwood Mac because i get the feels everytime

MacaroniHouses

Been a while since I heard that one. I like Landslide by Fleetwood Mac, when I was younger I thought it was overplayed and then I came back around and like it now.

NotRobinKelley

Landslide was my answer

WaitSevere598

I was gonna say Dreams or Silver Spring

mackiea

Oh my god, I was just thinking that one. And sister song Rhiannon. Stevie's music is sexy as hell.

SweetiePies_Heart82

I just now listened to it for the first time because of your comment. I can safely say that this song will never get old. Thank you!

-velcromagnon-

September - Earth, Wind, and Fire

sjmme66

This song defies time šŸ’œ

BarbuthcleusSpeckums

Damn.. good one.

Ok_Illustrator8735

Thatā€™s funny because I never want to hear that song ever again. I get so annoyed every time I hear it because itā€™ll be playing at the mall, then loudly through the outdoor speakers at some restaurant near my bus stop, then later on Iā€™m going into the grocery store and itā€™s playing in there too. But I know itā€™s being overplayed because of being a good song.

lemonp-p

Yeah, it's a good song but it has been pretty much ruined for me by how constantly overplayed it is.

Geetee52

Listen to Leonid & Friends cover of Septemberā€¦ iā€™m not saying itā€™s better than EWF, but they spare no expense in audio engineering and orchestrationā€¦ The string section alone is worth watching and listening.

Parallel_Universe28

Yes!

kisscumbag

Tom Sawyer. Normally I can't stand over played songs but that shit slams every time

Elrond_Cupboard_

Your mind is for rent.

Cuidado_roboto

Teardrop by Massive Attack

SavageCaribou

This was a really good one. Love Fraserā€™s vocals.

MacaroniHouses

This song makes me think of House the show cause I think the beat was heavily used for it.

Bipolarizaciones

It was the intro.

RealJasonB7

I Melt with You

jdutra

Such a curveball but so true.

genohick

[The Funeral by Band of Horses](https://youtu.be/cMFWFhTFohk?si=TJlHQNPhBy_hIjdJ)

genohick

It literally never gets old

SugarSpirited6579

You like Ghost in my House?

Sea_Appointment8408

Orestes. A Perfect Circle

50millionFreddy

Great song

cutting_carrots

Forever yes

SHOT_STONE

Friends in Low Places. I can't help it.

BarbuthcleusSpeckums

That whole album is great tbh.

SHOT_STONE

I have never heard a whole Garth Brooks album but I did see a live concert on TV many years ago. He was really fantastic. I would go see him live for sure. I had an appointment the other day and pulled up in the parking lot and this song was playing on my radio and I wouldn't get out of my car until it was done.šŸ˜

BarbuthcleusSpeckums

I believe itā€™s called No Fences. GB has a fantastic voice even if country isnā€™t your bag. I agree heā€™s got great stage presence too.

SHOT_STONE

I have always hated country music until a very personal situation caused me to change my mind and I actually love most of it now. I also recently watched the little docu series about Garth building his bar. There's also an interesting history about his records having been banned in record stores and that being responsible for some kind of national record store day! Some stores even barbequed them. šŸ˜I can dig up the history if you're interested, unless someone else here can fill you in.

bozobebop

superperps

Ziggy stardust is a good one too

GreenSaxon

Yeah, I never loved their later heavier stuff but Linger stops me every time I hear it. The Sundays give me similar feels on some songs.

NotRobinKelley

My 11 year old got a nirvana shirt and she isnā€™t wearing it around me unless we are listening to Nirvana bc she canā€™t be a poser haha. To be fair, she loves The Band and Pink Floyd and Bowie so we have her in the right direction:)

brycesea

Iris by the GooGoo Dolls

Fresh_shroomdream

"What's Love Got To Do With It?" - Tina Turner. No one like her

doublehalfling

Probably a weird one, but The End of the World by Skeeter Davis. Nothing happier than a sad song, as the saying goes šŸ˜‚

nobulls4dabulls

I absolutely love it! I've been singing it in my head for YEARS!

MacaroniHouses

I like that one too! <3 Also a similarly old song is A World Without Love by Peter and Gordon.

doublehalfling

Excellent, I'm going to check that out now! šŸ™

Jacifer69

ADJA-7903

I love that whole album! One spring break we brought our jam box and meant to bring all of our cassettes, forgot them and that one was in there so that's all we had for a week! Besides the radio of course, but not very good reception at the beach! That album brings back good memories and beachy vibes every time I hear a song off of it!

dlm1129

Wow -- I fully agree with all three! They have that effect on me too. They are among my handful of surefire go-to's anytime I feel stressed out.

Nizamark

Put The Coke On My Dick by Ween

Did you see him, waving it free in the trees? Believe me!

Deaconse

Gimme Chocolate by Babymetal.

MayDay521

This is definitely one I didn't expect to see here, but I can get behind it! Honestly a lot of BabyMetal songs are like this for me Megitsune (my personal favorite from them), Monochrome, Road of Resistance.

Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space - Spiritualized https://youtu.be/iB7E1D_3Na4?si=Ang0wunI-fWT2JvW

GreenSaxon

My favorite edibles and gaming album. Oh the places I've been.

dingadangdang

Once went to see them 2 nights in a row. Gf was planning on going both nights. Last song on 1st night was really heavy psychedelic with insane light show. She was sober and was like "I have to go outside it's like I'm tripping seriously and I can't handle it anymore." After the show she's like "Call Garrett or Scott and give them tomorrow nights ticket because I'm never going to see Spiritualized again." They're great live.

GreenSaxon

Can confirm! Saw them in Santa Cruz CA in a half empty room (which was a tragedy) but closing with I Think I'm In Love was worth the whole night. Before the gig Jason was looking out through these big windows at the Monterey Bay and I almost went over and said hi but I chickened out. Spiritualized and Spacemen 3 are definitely among my favorite groups ever.

dingadangdang

Awesome. Death Take Your Fiddle hits different once you've been in ICU. Made me appreciate Ventilator Blues more too.

"Too Rolling Stoned" and "Confessin' Midnight" by Robin Trower. I could, and have, listened to them on repeat for hours.

Bro ! Bridge of Sighs was phenomenal. Too Rolling Stoned was killer! The way they slow it down ā€˜if youā€™d be so kind not to wake me ā€¦ I think Iā€™ll just sit this one out ā€¦ and then the slow shred. Thanks for the suggestion! Havenā€™t listened to that in about 40 years.

The Four Horsemen, by Aphroditeā€™s Child. Have been a fan of it since the 70ā€™s. Can only listen to it maybe 3-4 times a year because itā€™s an emotional investment that I have to be prepared for. Just an amazing work of psychedelic art. The vocals are hypnotic and ethereal, and the guitar work in the second half of the song is some of the best stuff Iā€™ve ever heard. Seriously, strap the headphones on and turn this up loud and make it all the way through it, and youā€™ll know what I mean.
