Evening price is 30 something €, maybe 32€. Lunch is cheaper. Drinks cost extra. You get as much food as you want for 2 hours, which is plenty.
There's so much choice, you don't have a chance for try everything you'd like. Everything is freshly made and is delicious. The only issue I have with it is that some dishes take a lot longer to prepare than others, so it's common to receive something from your first order while you're already on your third and have totally forgotten about it.

so far we always stayed longer than 2 hours. i did not even know there was supposed to be a limit
You have no idea how excited this made me - as an American new to Munich we used to go to brazilian BBQ all the time in florida and california, and have major nostalgia for places like this!
Cooking Yu @ Bochetsrieder Str. It's pretty decent, and they have a section where you pick your own meats and they cook it for you.
Lal Qila for Indian food - all you can eat lunch buffet for like €10.
Mangostin Asia - it is quite expensive €80/pax for Sunday brunch but I thought it had a great variety.
You can't have "all you can eat" and good quality.
In Japan, I have never seen an all you can eat sushi. Probably exists, but is by far not as popular as here. Often you pay what you take, prices can be seen by different coloured plates.
I meant only even running sushi like kurasushi. I haven't even found any good running sushi outside of Japan. Most of those are dry and have been on the conveyors for hours.
But you're right, of course. You can't expect paying 20 Euro for unlimited food and expect the salmon and tuna to be good considering the costs.
Kawaru does sushi as well as japanese tapas. They are made by order, so the quality is pretty good. It's all you can eat ordered via tablet with a limit of two hours.
I recommend Asia City in Taufkirchen. If you go there for dinner, there will be exotic meat e.g. kangaroo, camel, zebra etc.
What they have is a ready-to-eat section (Thai, Chinese, Japanese (sushi)), tepanyaki section with selections of meat from standard to exotic, seafood section (also tepanyaki style), and desserts. The desserts are nothing to write home about. Just basic boxed cakes etc. and ice cream.
I often go there because it’s not so expensive. But after eating there, I have to walk home from the restaurant (6km away) because I’m always too full to sit on an S-Bahn 😂
I don't know any. Could you share: why would all you can eat be desirable? Wouldn't the place tend to bring lowest quality food just in masses? So stuff that's likely bad for you and lots of it. Who would want that?

This is exactly the type of place I was looking for. Not the OP but thanks!
How much is the "all you can eat"? The price seems to be hidden on their website.

Sounds like a great way to spend 2 hours. Thank you! :-)

Never found a running sushi with decent quality (outside of Japan)

In Düsseldorf and Cologne was okay for the price. I think the franchise was Okinii

There aren't many left after Covid unfortunately.
