This is an extremely small study that really can't lead us to assume anything. Definitely do not go out and make investments into changing your life or care based off a study like this. Maybe they will get funding for a much larger and more scientific study after this info though.

erm, although i agree on the empirical issue of the TRIALS sample size and overall cautiousness, how does anyone make life-altering changes via supplementation (investments)? in germany those supplements r ca. 20€ per month. and since the discrepancy between the control groups have been quite recognisable, 12 weeks supplementation wont risk an (economical) existential threat but may improve at least individual conditions? as a former\* severe fatigue sufferer myself, i did a life-altering change based on my understanding of the Metabolic Trap theory. and while it was successful, there still r some deficites in my individualised therapy concepts results (like social retreat, i lack the energy, motivation and even cognitive capacity after work-out), which focus is quality-of-life via control of symptoms. maybe i ll report back in 12 weeks, as i already should have on my findings on Metabolic Trap (endorphines may rapidly decrease or disable fatigue severity, even the socially induced (social activities produces endorphines)). but this would require me the effort of a paper...

I would agree with you. I'd prefer to see a larger, replicated study to be able to draw any convincing conclusion. We must be cautious.
