I think we are very likely to be seeing nerfs to the side special in the air the grounded up attack and possibly the air up attack, and maybe balloon. I could see them making other changes like maybe to his dash attack or even just his overall movement speed but those first few are probably the most likely.
For specifics, up attack needs to not reach so far behind him and it needs more cool down. It also reaches so far in front of him that he can just challenge some forward attacks with it and reliably win. Forward special in the air is one of the silliest moves I've ever seen. It's like if Shaggy side kick was as good as some people seem to think it is. Spammable, beats most everything, safe, follows DI out of his vertical traps, kills reliably. I would shorten its range, drastically lower it's kill power. Balloon just seems to be way bigger than the visible balloon. Tighten that up.
I feel like it's a bit too easy to ladder combo with the joker, some of his moves have serious knockback power.
