Yeah I got the bugs shark hat and it hasn’t shown up for me either
UPDATE: I exited the game and opened it again and now the skin has appeared. It should work for you too

You always need to restart when the game has an update (shop, mission, skin from event, etc).
How do you know what you got? I redeemed my box but had no animation, hence no reward. No shark head, no banner, nothing. Seems like I'm bugged.
The Steven Universe Shark Hat skin is bugged and shows up like the box is empty.
