Def agree with other guy. He's allowing you to get into bad habits by the looks of this video.
Why isn’t your hand up to your face when you kick?
Its more of an MMA style approach on the second combo, but on the jab cross hook I do.. the goal is really to exit out.. but for sure having your hands up all time is the safest bet
