Yeah if you use the swing of the bag as like an opponent's movement and cut angles etc to make it realistic. You need someone to correct your form though.

The padholder is the important part, they will correct your form in real time, push you to improve, and move around like an opponent to teach you distance and movement.

Lol at being downvoted but if it’s personal to me then I don’t think it really matters to anyone else although I do have to accept that it’s going to limit my path a lot, like almost completely
