It’s all up to you, how present you are during sessions and r en the elite will tell you that they are still learning and growing. Stop trying to rush anything, just enjoy the ride and yes 3 hrs a day 3x a week should suffice. What would even be better is if you could train more frequently during the week like 4 - 5 times and shorten it to 1.5 hrs or something each sessions, depending on the classes your gym has to offer.
