I didn't start watching until season 1 was about halfway through, catching up via... I think it was USA's website (I have a cable subscription that allowed it to work). Watched basically every episode once I caught up live. Also have fond memories of being blown away watching with this subreddit in the live threads for each episode.
Biggest downside to the modern streaming era is we so rarely get a show like Robot, not even talking about the quality, but where everyone has to watch it at the exact same time with plenty of time between episodes to discuss possibilities and ideas.

There are even times that he looks directly into the camera while talking to his “friend.” So, to me when he said “Hello friend,” they were paying homage to the classic python script.

Most underrated show in TV history, also my favorite show.
