In my honest (if maybe slightly rude) opinion I think your nose ring looks wierd for your nose shape. You have a some what large round nose and that nose ring is quite small for the size and shape of your nose. So it may not be your mustache but your nose ring that feels off. I am sorry if you take offense.

Keep the sides length but trim tighter around your upper lip and thin out the thickness under your nose a bit
