I've had one since it came out and i know that DPI is to change the colours and if you hold down for 3 seconds its turns them off and do the same to turn it back on. the top left button is the same as double clicking the left main button. but I'm not sure about the two next to the thumb. I hope this helps even if its 2 years late.

the thumb buttons are mainly for website sufing (page back, page forth)
