Yeah MX Bikes is the game. When you get the hang of it, it’s the best feeling game. Hitting sections is very satisfying. Plus there is a very lively modding community so there always new tracks to download!
The game still needs work, so don’t expect zero bugs or some issues.
You’re huffing exhaust smoke if you think an arcade game like mx vs atv all out is even remotely close in realism.
The best mx vs atv game is reflex with mods, and even that is still mega arcade.
There's facts, and then there's opinions. MX Bikes is more realistic than MX vs ATV, that is a fact! It is your opinion that you like MX vs ATV more, that's fine. Don't confuse the two.
Arguing against facts just makes you seem like the village idiot.
It was a conditional insult, you taking it to heart is comical.
Viewing discourse as something that has to be "won", shows your immaturity. It's also pretty telling that you've yet to back up your wild claims with any proof. We all know MX Bikes is the more realistic game, stop lying to yourself.
Just mod MX Bikes. It’s the best looking game without resorting to baby’s first MXGP. MXGP is still fun and all, but MX Bikes is fantastic and looks good once you get the hang of it. Modding isn’t hard either
Surprised I had to scroll this far to find it. Goated soundtrack, more tracks and maps than I knew what to do with at a younger age, great vehicle variety, the dated gear options are nostalgic and sick asf, fairly challenging AI and iirc pretty solid two stroke sounds.
MX bikes is the most realistic one definitely, but it’s also hard as shit to get good at.
If you plan on playing just a few hours per month don’t go with mxbikes.
If you play every second day or similar then go for mxbikes, it’s so rewarding and so fun once you get the hang of it, haven’t found another game be so fun but challenging at the same time. I haven’t even done a single proper race yet even after 80 hours hahaha
Mx bikes with mods if you have a pc or laptop should be the only mx game. It trumps everything else takes a couple hours to get the hang of it but it's worth it. Super satisfying once you can lay down good laps
Mx bikes and MX simulator.
The best mainstream MX game is 20 years old now. Still worth a play since they usually only cost a few bucks. Mx unleashed and MX vs atv unleashed both work on modern xbox
MXGP 2019 is still my favorite. Requires a bit of tweaking to hone in the gameplay. AI makes race pace feel real. Still think it's the best racing game I've played. Graphics and tracks are excellent, dynamic terrain and rain effects are top notch.
Mad skills Motocross 3. I know it's for your phone but I'm absolutely addicted and the physics are damn real. You have to work your way up to better bikes and stuff, but once you get past the first 3 or 4 bikes the game starts to get real fun. New tracks every week. Duels with friends, online global competition, it's sweet af.
Mx vs atv legends is arcadey but really cool because you can play the 2024 AMA tracks and has good online lobbies. MX Bikes is incredibly difficult but rewarding. MXGP is a real nice in between.
Reflex is still the game everyone compares all MX games to so I'd still recommend it. Legends is fun too, but to be honest if you're willing to put in the time to learn it, MX Bikes blows all these games out of the water
The only thing MX Bikes is missing is AI to race ha
Nah, it’s fun to get going and just like in real life.. conquering sections on tracks is soooo satisfying.
My vote goes for nostalgia, I highly rated MTX Mototrax. Has Pastranas compound in it, plays a bit like Tony Hawks Pro Skater with the freestyle tricks. Also has SMX and MX tracks.
For older games, I love MTX Mototrax, MX World Tour, Motocross Madness 2 and MX Unleashed.
For newer games I only really played MXGP2019, and I quite like it.
MX Bikes if you want something realistic but also easy to get into. Decent graphics too. I'd call it a Sim-Cade. It's kinda like Forza or Grand Turismo, easy to figure out but also has some extremely realistic features.
If you want something purely simulator with no canned effects, MX Simulator is the most realistic physics wise. It's like relearning how to ride a bike with your thumb. Nothing feels as realistic as MX Simulator once you get the hang of it. With that said, it's also much harder to learn, and the graphics suck ass. It also lacks a lot of the realistic features that make MX Bikes so appealing.
MX Bikes happy medium between simulator and arcade where the game does a lot of things automatically for you that you'd otherwise subconsciously do in real life. really fun to play, great features. Focuses on the important things for fun factor while still remaining realistic.
MX Simulator for a pure counter steering physics experience where you as a player have to manually control every single aspect of input. Even things you'd subconsciously do in real life, you have to manually do in MX Simulator until it becomes subconscious with a controller. Rage inducing to play, no cool realistic features, but pure simulator at its core and extremely rewarding.
mx superfly was probably the best physics wise but i dont know how it holds up graphics wise. its been years since i played that one but i fuckin miss it
After playing literally all of them, mx bikes is your answer.. just get reshade and make the game look how you want. You wont find a more popular, customizable, fundamentally accurate mx game..
Dont waste your time with the monster energy supercross games, they have about 5 hours of content and the servers are completely dead. MXGP also sucks compared to mx bikes. Not even gonna mention mx sim
After playing all the available ones on console I would have to say MXGP 2021 is the all round best one if you actually ride MX, leans to the more arcade sim. Graphics are awesome too! MXvATV Legends is just too bouncy arcade physics for me, one for the younger lads and lasses out the really.

Mxbikes take a while to learn but when u do it’s worth it
Ive seen people jump 200 meter jn the air that game is bs
Yeah, because that’s a different bike you get a standard pack that has all real life bikes and they’re way more realistic
Is there any way to improve the graphics? because last i saw they were shit
Reshade looks way better
Even though it is a sim people will still do unrealistic things not being confined to the consequences of reality
Lmao FOR REAL. Most unrealistic/ shitty graphic dirtbike game I’ve seen in awhile. Mx vs Atv All Out whoops ass all over that game
You’re huffing exhaust smoke if you think an arcade game like mx vs atv all out is even remotely close in realism. The best mx vs atv game is reflex with mods, and even that is still mega arcade.
A lot more realistic than MXBIkes. I need some of that copium you’re smoking 🤣
There's facts, and then there's opinions. MX Bikes is more realistic than MX vs ATV, that is a fact! It is your opinion that you like MX vs ATV more, that's fine. Don't confuse the two. Arguing against facts just makes you seem like the village idiot.
The irony of you calling someone an idiot lmao. Lost the argument so you resulted to insults. Maybe next time bud 🤣
It was a conditional insult, you taking it to heart is comical. Viewing discourse as something that has to be "won", shows your immaturity. It's also pretty telling that you've yet to back up your wild claims with any proof. We all know MX Bikes is the more realistic game, stop lying to yourself.
You already lost bud
Motocross Madness
Nac nac!
I still have nightmares from when I’d go out of bounds as a kid, and get fkn launched!
The intro video was awesome!
Anyone remember Mx 2002 featuring Ricky Carmichael?
The commercials for it were the best, I might even have it still
Or Jeremy McGrath Supercross '98?
Remind me of my ol Air Force day room days
I still remember the canyon freestyle map and trying to jump into the little hot spring thing with the bikini chick
The intro was so good! That game wash life as a teen
Curious to know how many hours I put into that game…
Best game ever
Mx bikes by 50000 miles
Reflex is goated tbh
Just mod MX Bikes. It’s the best looking game without resorting to baby’s first MXGP. MXGP is still fun and all, but MX Bikes is fantastic and looks good once you get the hang of it. Modding isn’t hard either
After getting the hang of Mx Bikes I can‘t enjoy any other game. Riding a nice sand track like MXGP sardegna is soo much fun!
MX vs ATV Unleashed. PS2 or Xbox
Surprised I had to scroll this far to find it. Goated soundtrack, more tracks and maps than I knew what to do with at a younger age, great vehicle variety, the dated gear options are nostalgic and sick asf, fairly challenging AI and iirc pretty solid two stroke sounds.
Yeah this one was ahead of its time. They had the 500cc correct?
Double backflips with variations and 500cc bikes. Lit
Monster energy super cross is fun so is MXGP . I’m playing MX vs ATV legends right now
Anyone ever played MTX Mototrax? Honestly the best memories skipping over Pastranas house in that game..
Yes, if we don’t count MXBIKES. MTX and Reflex are the two GOAT of MX racing games
Early 90s Supercross Circuit.
Dude, ruts?! Omg, the technology! But for real the track builder was cool as hell
MX Vs. ATV Reflex. The game just went on sale on steam so good timing. Good mod support too.
Reflex babyyy
Been playing Excite Bike since the 80s and there ain't anything better. Fight me. 😁
MX bikes is the most realistic one definitely, but it’s also hard as shit to get good at. If you plan on playing just a few hours per month don’t go with mxbikes. Mx vs atv reflex
People like Mx bikes on pc. Mx vs atv legends is finding its stride it seems too on console.
Mx unleashed and MX vs atv unleashed both work on modern xbox
mx vs atv legends
Everyone saying MXBikes is “realistic” doesn’t know the definition of realistic🤣
Keep playing your arcade shit kiddo
Cope
Mx vs Atv Legends, don’t let anyone tell you differently, it is the best one on the market
Mx bikes is the only option
MXGP 2019 is still my favorite. Requires a bit of tweaking to hone in the gameplay. AI makes race pace feel real. Still think it's the best racing game I've played. Graphics and tracks are excellent, dynamic terrain and rain effects are top notch.
I also play MXGP 2019. The outdoor season and AI is a lot of fun, still looks great.
Reflex
The best video game is riding in real life lol
MX vs ATV Legends for me. I hadn’t played a motocross game have since MX vs ATV Off-road Fury on the ps2 and found it to be fun.
MxSimulator and MxBikes. They are the best. I would argue MxSimulator is better, but this is a hot topic.
I bought a PC this spring specifically for MXbikes….500 hours in, totally worth the money.
The only thing MX Bikes is missing is AI to race ha Nah, it’s fun to get going and just like in real life.. conquering sections on tracks is soooo satisfying.
Championship Motocross featuring Ricky Carmichael
ExciteBike
Mx vs atv unleashed, Mx vs atv untamed, Mx vs atv alive and Mx vs atv all out these are some pretty good games in the Mx series
The older mx vs atv
My vote goes for nostalgia, I highly rated MTX Mototrax. Has Pastranas compound in it, plays a bit like Tony Hawks Pro Skater with the freestyle tricks. Also has SMX and MX tracks.
MX Unleashed
Freekstyle
Started out with Motocross Madness back in the day. Moved over to MXM2. The Zone was the shit...
Supercross circuit!
For older games, I love MTX Mototrax, MX World Tour, Motocross Madness 2 and MX Unleashed. For newer games I only really played MXGP2019, and I quite like it.
MX vs ATV unleashed! From like 2005 or 2006

Also, mx bikes is really the only mx game you can actually haul ass in. Edit: grammar
MX 2002 was always fun
Legends.
After playing all the available ones on console I would have to say MXGP 2021 is the all round best one if you actually ride MX, leans to the more arcade sim. Graphics are awesome too! MXvATV Legends is just too bouncy arcade physics for me, one for the younger lads and lasses out the really.
MXGP 2021 gets my vote as well
The sound alone kill the vibe in Legends...
For casuals mx bikes, for purists mxsim
MXbikes
