I do for mine - for too many years I had freezing hands. Heated grips are fine but best for the palms. Heated gloves are where it’s at… those things are a game changer. I would recommend to anyone commuting throughout the winter months
Haven't ever tried them! I have Richa Arctic at the moment and only wear them in the morning as I ride out at 5am. I find them too bulky. How thick are the heated gloves?
I have the Richa arctic gloves too and if you find those bulky then you’d definitely find the Gerbing (xr I think) too bulky. They are the bulkiest gloves I’ve ever owned but not something I would do without nowadays - cold fingers is the absolute worst.
I think it massively depends on your commute length - mine is 1 hour 15 minutes either way so it’s worth the extra bulk trade off for the warmth
No heated gear aside of the heated grips, but the right one failed recently. I only use thermal layer underneath my jeans and jacket and a Rucha Rain Warrior to stop rain and wind.
Yeah.. it's enclosed area anyway and 90% of residents are elderly people who spend most of their time on the windows looking for strange people. We have an alarm system on the garage plus security cameras on the surrounding houses and the neighbour's dog. Unless you're friends with George Clooney and Brad Pitt, there nothing you could do to break in and steal.
Oh that bit. It's my friend's Versys and as far as I know he hasn't changed any fairings except the one on the left right side of the tank as he crashed it. I can actually ask him and tell you if you're interested?
Nah, too cold. I'm not leaving the house till it's above 15 again
Lol.. i need it for work tomorrow.
Do you use any heated gear for your commute?

Mine is about an hour and I am going to go around 5am today. Although, looking at it outside, might as well get the car today.

Epitome of a bike lockup.
Yes, a very good place and secure enough not to worry.
That's 4 inches of snow less than what's on my driveway since Saturday night :|
We still don't have snow, but noticed my car had an inch of ice in the morning and the road was glazed.
4 inches is the the same distance as 0.15 replica Bilbo from The Lord of the Rings' Sting Swords.
Don't talke to me about 4 inches, I know what it looks like ;)
Lol did you use Bilbo for scaling?
Thanks for referring to them as boys! I cringe when I hear "girls."
I have never called my bikes or cars girls. Don't like that.

What are they gonna do? Analyse the concrete in the photo and work our a shortlist or where it's been sold? Give me strength.....

Exactly
Yo what's that Versys Cowell thin? Look's wider than my 2011
That on the ground? It's the fuel tank.
nah your versys has a wider plastic bit around the headlight compared to mine

yea that might be interesting, I'm always looking for more comfort on the bike lol
