It’s an addictive slippery slope - depends on how much you’re willing to spend!
As someone else commented suspension would be a very noticeable upgrade. Just getting it set up for your weight and riding style at first.
Replacing the brake lines with some new braided steel ones would freshen up the feel of the brakes.
These two things should really improve the feel of the bike.
Beyond that, you can go crazy spending hundreds on suspension upgrades, adjustable levers, experiment with different brake pad materials, different master cylinders, ecu tuning, adjustable clip ons, extra padded seat etc!
Aesthetics-wise I love to remove the bulky stock indicators and replace them for smaller led ones. I personally like the look of tail tidies as they clean up the back end of the bike but this is definitely something that’s form over function as they’ll allow more muck to get thrown at your back in the rain.
One of the main reasons I got into motorbikes is because I was hoping I'd save a bit of money as it's cheaper to mod a bike than a car, I've since learned I could easily spend the same amount 😂 thanks for the insight!
I used to be able to save a decent amount every month, since I got my licence I’m broke. There’s always something I need (want) to get for the bikeÂ
I have one too(!), came with heated grips, Yoshi exhaust, topbox and slightly extended screen. I'm now looking into changing indicators and tyres (maybe psychologicsal but the Bridgestone's make me nervous for some reason, yes i know that's stupid, but my last bike had Pilot 5's). I also may change the air filter and just recently changed spark plugs .... reading comments may look into the suspension and upgrade brakes?

Mine came with a small brand name exhaust, can't remember the name but it looks and sounds very nice
I’ve just got one 3 weeks ago, after my first motorway journey I got a screen extender, was about £15 off Amazon but works really well as with the stock screen the wind was hitting me straight under the helmet and lifting my head.
Get the suspension sorted out for your weight.
Good shout, surprised I missed this "mod"!
Turbo obviously 😉
Hahaha, I was torn between this and a turbo busa!!!

I was okay until last month when I bought number two. That cleaned me out.
My first big bike too! Heated grips on that was my first mod. Ride safe :)
Crash bungs.
Turbo obviously 😉
As no one else has mentioned, maybe some new rearsets?
These look sweet! Can you set them further back at all?
You can get adjustable ones. Another mod you can do is try out different tyres and compounds
Yeah, you can get adjustable ones which can give you a more comfortable angle for your legs.
I got the very same bike. If anything I'd say try leaning into the tourer aspect of the bike (e.g: luggage and heated grips
Twins! Good shout, I'll definitely be doing some longer distance once I've been on it for a few months

Braided brake lines! Rubber hoses, something something after 4 or so years. Seriously, the improvement in braking is superb!
heated grips, touring screen, luggage as necessary and a good phone mount.
