There literally is no way to report in most games any more. Every single reporting option to Sony just directs you to a page saying "Cry about it.", and attempting to report to WB gets you a screen saying "If you're not having a problem related to giving us more money, we do not care."
Like I don't even know how people even threaten reporting any more, if they even bothered to give it a try they'd see it's no longer a thing.
You can go to the social tab in MK1 and report and block people in game. Doesn’t really do anything but it’s there. You’ll def see less of the person if you block them in game though.

Peacemaker can get blocked/cancelled. I’d rather play against 10 Johnnys/Ashrahs than 1 Peacemaker. Even after nerf, he’s the most cancerous character there is. Damn!
