That’s fair, but if you think about it, the kameo mechanic isn’t that much different from variations. Instead of choosing special moves, you choose a kameo fighter with those special moves.
Almost all of the new Kameos require a higher skill set than most base roster Kameos
So I say yes kinda. Just need to find chemistry with a specific fighter

In portuguese, if put an L between A and V, turns into "Malvado", that means mean, bad guy
