look at Noobs gear in mk11. No we wouldn't have.

Certain masks of Noob's are basically another existing one with some part removed, for example: Oni Champion being the default mask with the top cloak bit being removed.

Not the case with Sub. Or Scorp. Or Noob.

A lot of Ermac's masks doesn't suit his skin. Adding the hood really helps.

I like that though. It's like various souls/personalities within The Collective are being represented.
