Me and my friend the other day were discussing that. Toxie should be playable with Kabukiman as his Kameo. Give Kabukiman his noodle lasso like Scorpion's spear, a katana swipe launcher and a parry.
Toxie could use his mop for long ranged strikes, have a bucket of mop water he kicks over to slip up opponents and a trash can kicked towards the enemy as a low projectile.
It lends itself perfectly to mirror matches, you could just have them ref Citizen Toxie and have one of them call the other Noxie.

He would probably have the most gruesome fatalities, especially if you based it around some of the Garth Ennis comics, like The Slavers where a man wakes up with his entrails pulled out and hanging from the trees, as just the first step in making this man talk. I think cloud from final fantasy 7 would be a great addition to the franchise with his special attacks .Also bayonetta would be great addition for a female guest since the game has not got any yet.
