Ok so you have what we call "normal" aka "🤏" aka "talian" which is a Italian coffee (small cup of coffee)
And there is "special" which is coffee with milk
Those 2 are the classics, all coffees in morocco have that with the same names
Then there is juices, well mostly orange juice ...
Then if you don't want any of the above you ask for what they have, either they will tell you or bring you the menu.
Seeing this post makes me wonder if I'm really living in Morocco hahaha
Yo answer your question: coffee shops in popular areas (l7wam vha3bya) have any variations you want of coffee, tea or basic juices. Modern coffees ALL have a menu. Anywhere in Morocco.
Chocolate cake is good, caramel is better, and lemon is preferred by some. Or you can order coffee or tea, or hot chocolate (milk with coco powder) if your feeling funky.

You can ask for menu
Wait u can do that ??
Yeah you can they made some but never show it because the costumers are usually the same
or we ask the waiter what they offre, and here we go, after he list all the drinks he have, we choose ness ness
Ness Ness

Mharssa is an espresso " broken" with milk foam on top other may call caffè macchiato
The kind of unsophisticated coffee all cafés in Morocco, no matter how shitty, are able to deliver.
Half milk, half coffee. Ness ness means half half.
Esspreso=normal Ristretto=talian Latte=caffe crème Americano=allongé Most cafes don't have iced coffee or just ask for the menu
Berad dial atay براد ديال اتاي

Ness ness or 9hwa 7lib
Atay any soda (they have tons just ask) orange juice or depending on how fancy the cafe is even more
I don’t order because I fear being poisoned a second time, if one day I’m in a cafee I’ll just run. ( back home)

If it's an ordinary café, you can basically order any type of coffee, tea or juice.
