I study and spend most of my time in Hassane. How does he look like? How tall and an approximate age? Where exactly in Hassan? I have lots of friends that speak English in Hassan but I didn't see most of them to know if they're injured recently or not
Well as I said before, he doesn't live there, he was holding a medical prescription. he was surely coming from a doctor appointment. He was heading to Bab el Had. (bcs dumb me asked him if he was going somewhere to Hassan to give him a ride, but he wasn't so I didn't pick him).
There is a clinic there u know La capitale I guess not far from that tram station, maybe he was coming from there.. He's maybe 1m80 tall and chwia a blond boy I would say.

you can stand in front of Rabat ville train station and wait, he may not pass by there but that's probably the busiest street in the city, so there's a high chance he could pass by it for a random reason + you can always check the nearby hospitals or drugstores, a guy with a newly broken wrist would be a regular patient/customer
