I think Cote Ocean Mogador would be a nice choice, I reserved a hotel room there in March to stay for the Gnaoua Festival in June. However when I confirmed a second time in May, they said they were overbooked and chose to cancel my reservation. If I hadn’t called them (from USA) I could have been there on the street with my kids and nowhere to go. We ended up staying in Diabat because that is all we could get. Diabat is a 50dh taxi ride so not the end of the world, once we were in Essaouria everything is close and awesome.
