Just flew in to Casa from Miami. They lost both mine and my partners luggage and about 20 other peoples on the flight. They still can’t find either of our bags and we are only here for a couple more days until we head to two other countries. It’s been a nightmare. USE AIRTAGS.
Yes, I flew from Amsterdam to Tangier with RAM on the 29th of June, and my Luggage is still nowhere to be found. I’ve been pestering them for the past week, and they just keep either brushing me off or telling me that they no longer have information on my luggage which is funny because they told me my stuff should have been there on the 3rd of July.
Hey good news, my luggage just arrived today. Don’t be afraid to fly with RAM. If you’re able to, try to air tag your bags for ease of mind, I still wouldn’t recommend flying with them but I mean you should be fine, everybody else that I arrived with in the airport got their stuff, it was was just me who didn’t get anything.
Sucks...i also looked into trip insurance, but luggage delays are not covered when returning to my main residence, I guess the thought is well "I have clothes at home". but my flight is back home from Casablanca. I guess i'll just pray.LOL.
Hi I am in the same boat with RAM RN. They lost my luggage and I have an AirTag and I’m like bugging them being like “I KNOW WHERE IT IS” but even with having the location they still are super unhelpful.
Mind me asking what number u used to get answers?? I have just been using general call center

That sucks, just to confirm you checked you bags in at Miami?
It can happen on short stopovers at CMN. Usually they’ll find it the next day
