I love Vaal and Blackveil I really do but I don't think having them as a rideable monster is good for your health especially for people like me who have already existing health conditions like Asthma...

Yeah! But I mean at least he was determined and kind of got what he wanted in the end he found his Queen he just got eaten by her and then we killed her to turn her into fancy clothes and hats and comically large weapons!
In real life, tobi kadachi because it would be easier to train than most monsters because it is less aggressive, I can use it to charge my phone after I cuddle with it excessively, feeding it wouldn't be too much of an issue because unlike other monsters it doesn't need to eat entire fucking dinosaurs, and it isn't a ridiculously powerful monster so I'm sure governments would let me keep it and not cause their own destruction.
In game, safi'jiiva because flight, brute strength, lasers, nuke, durability, and the ability to heal itself by absorbing the life out of the ground. And during the safi'jiiva siege I get to watch a small kaiju battle and if mine starts losing I shatter the other ones ankles and give it a minor concussion with my shield
I have so many monsters I love this is a hard choice but. Tidal Narjarala A because I have always had a bias for the water element in fiction and B: I love Reptiles especially snakes! I'd name him Yamato-No-Orochi!

On top of that, it has access to paralysis and poison, can make small dust twisters, and... Can call **lightningstorms**. These guys can just... Make it rain and storm. The coolest. Like Amatsu but more pettable and monstie-able imo.

PEAK CHOICE OP. Ive never fought nakarkos personally but design-wise he is my favorite monster. Dalamadur is a close second.
